Today, my brother Jack is going to America on a water polo tour

with his team.

I'm not quite sure how these are going to go down.

He's so excited.

Good catch. Oh, no!

Stuck in the tree?

Our two dogs, Rumpole and Bruno, are leaving, too.

They're going to the kennels because me and the rest of my family

are off on holiday.

Jack's three big things in life are sports, food and animals.

Rumpole and Bruno's top three things are food, food and food.

To say bye-bye to the boys, I'm planting a treat day

and it's going to involve food, obviously.

Yes, please.

So the big question is...

I'll really miss them all, even Jack, so it's pamper time.

Come on, Bruno. Good boy.

We're going to pamper Jack, Rumpole and Bruno later.

So Megan and Holly are off to buy pampering beauty potions.

Treat time, part one.

Now for treat time, part two - the food.

I'm going to make them all a brilliant send-off meal.

A giant burger...

Jack's definitely going to love this.

..and some doggie biscuits for the other two boys.

I've never cooked for dogs before, I hope they like them.

I want to give Jack a great send-off, a meal to really remember.

So I'm making my giant burger.

Yep, it's going to be massive.

Time for the patty. We're going to start by chopping up this onion.

Always be careful with your sharp knives.

I think Jack's going to really miss home-cooked food.

Makes me cry.

That is the onions making me cry, guys, not the thought of missing Jack.

Onions always make me cry.

Next, chop garlic and fry in olive oil with the onion.

Then, add to your beef mince and put in some chilli sauce.

You don't need to add it, but Jack loves it.

Give it a bit of a mix around.

Add pepper and salt then fry in olive oil.

I'm just going to mash this down to make it even.

This is going to be one massive burger.

Get your favourite toppings ready.

Instead of putting lettuce on, I'm changing it up a bit

and putting watercress.

It's a bit of a water theme, as Jack's going on a water polo tour.

Now, it's time to flip the burger.

And because it's so big, I'm going to get my dad to help.

Dad. 'Dad's had a bad sports injury, so he's on crutches.'

Do I pick it up like this?

No, you going to burn... No! Oh, my... Stop!

I would like you to please help me flip it onto this plate

and then get it back in the pan.

And then a little cloth in case any juice falls out.

I made my giant bun with flour, yeast, salt, oil and water.

And I'm getting the expert to cut it.

Did you just break my bun?

No, no, no, I just cut it a little bit unevenly.

What? You're supposed to be a chef!

-I could slide down that side it's so steep.

I'll fix it, look.

While your rubbish dad corrects his bad bun cutting,

put mozzarella on the burger to melt.

OK, it's not a great idea to rub your bun on dad's head.

These are all Jack's favourite sauces. Mustard...

..ketchup, mayonnaise.

Then add gherkins, sliced tomatoes and the watercress.

Next, put on the huge patty.

Slide it in a bit at a time.

Wow, looks amazing.

Oh, that's nice and toasted.

It's definitely up there with some of the most embarrassing things he's

The guys have found a shop that's doggie heaven.

We've got lots of different kinds.

They've even got calming ones for hyper dogs like Bruno.

Well, this is like a lavender and camomile one.

It's really nice.

Mmm, smells good.

We are making energy balls.

And it's got vitamins, A, B, C, D and E in them.

Apricots, vitamin A.

Next, avocado for vitamin B.

Sour cherries to give vitamin C.

-They do smell very good.

-Plain yoghurt to add vitamin D.

And then I'll do vitamin E, which is the almonds.

-I like almonds.

-So that's all the vitamins, and now put the dates in.

Then, add half a tablespoon of honey,

grate in 20g of dark chocolate and blitz. Ready?

Go.

Just wait, and it will come together in a ball.

I'm making a massive chocolate and peanut butter milkshake.

I call it a milkSHARE because I serve it in one big cup.

Everyone shares it.

Milkshare. Get it?

It is super easy.

All I need to do is add in some normal milk.

If you wanted to, you can use soya milk.

And then chocolate milk.

Peanut butter.

Vanilla ice cream.

The ice cream is floating.

Then blend.

Put on the lid, because if I didn't, it would go everywhere.

Note to self - never overfill your blender.

I need some tissue.

Time for a major kitchen clean up.

I don't quite know how to eat it properly, to be honest, it's so big.

But it's really yummy.

It was really yummy. She's eating it really well.

What I like about it, you've got great colour on it.

So a nice sear.

Can I also say one thing, it needs to be toasted a little bit more.

It's not bad, but we know there's that little touch

of room for improvement.

Payback time. I'm going to see if I can get him to eat a dog biscuit.
