'Mum says she'll take me to the park.

'I want to go now!'

Mummy, can we go now?

Have you made your bed like you promised?

No, not yet.

Well, if you keep your promise, I'll keep mine

-and I'll take you to the park.

-OK.

'In my bedroom, I start to make my bed.

'I plump one of my cushions...

'..but then I see something sparkly.

'It's Fudge's princess hat!

'I put the hat on Fudge and then I find the princess dress

'and put that on too.'

Melody, are you ready to go?

Yes!

-Come on, then.

-'Oops. I didn't make my bed.'

Ah, I'll do it later.

'I love being in the park, but I feel bad I didn't make my bed.

-'I broke my promise to Mummy.'

-Are you all right?

How about some music to perk you up?

Yes, please!

Now, this always makes me think of a princess in a castle.

A pink castle and a princess!

Look! She's got a golden ball.

Oh, no! She's dropped it in a pond.

A frog tells the princess that he can get the ball back.

FROG CROAKS

But the frog asks the princess to promise that, in return,

he can live in the palace, eat with her and sleep at the end of her bed.

The princess makes a promise.

The poor frog can't get in. She isn't keeping her promise.

In the morning, the princess finds...

the frog has gone!

By keeping her promise, the princess has broken the spell.

THEY LAUGH

'That music had made me feel even worse about breaking my promise.'

'So, on the way home, I tell my mummy I didn't make my bed.'

Melody, what's wrong?

Mummy, I didn't make my bed like I promised.

-I promise I'll do it when we get home.

'She's not angry. She's glad I told her.'

So, as soon as I get home, I make my bed.

'Then I make another promise.

'I promise to keep all promises and I will always be kind to frogs,

'just in case they're not really frogs at all!'
