The hedgehog likes to eat slimy slugs.

They like to eat beetles, too. What do hedgehogs look like?

They have spines on their back.

Yes, they have spikes sticking up on their back,

-Do they have a long nose?

-They do.

-And when they're scared, they go into a ball.

They hide away.

I hope these hedgehogs eat all my slugs.

That would save my lettuces.

because hedgehogs only come out when it's very quiet.

I'm going to put some of this straw down as well.

All this straw will make him feel right at home.

We can use some of these sticks to hide the house away a bit more.
