This is Sisi and she is two years old.

Just like you, dinosaurs have to go to school,

so we're going to go across the road to get to school. Off we go.

I'm the lollipop lady.

Sisi loves to dress up and play with her mum and dad

and big sister Temi.

Today, Sisi is going to do something new for the first time.

What will it be?

This is Sisi's memory box.

It helps her remember all the exciting things that happen.

We need to find a book, don't we?

A library is a place where lots of different types of books are kept.

These books are free to borrow and once you have read them

you can take them back and get new ones out.

If you want to borrow books from your local library,

you have to be a member.

Back home, Sisi can start reading the new books she has borrowed.

before you have to take them back, Sisi.

Reading this story has given Dad an idea.

So, girls, we've been to the library. We got all of our books.

We've read them, but this one stands out as my favourite.

And you know what we are going to do?

We are going to act this out in the park.

But, to act it out, we need a bear to find.

So, I've got my friend Grizzly Bear.

Grizzly is going to hide in the park

and we are going to go and find him,

but we can't go like this.

We need a special surprise and I've got a surprise here.

You are going to dress as teddy bears yourselves. OK?

Do you think you can do that?

So, we're going to go to the park, we'll hide the bear

and then we're going to go on our bear hunt to find him.

This sounds like fun.

Daddy has hidden Grizzly Bear. We're going to go on a bear hunt.

The second thing to go into the memory box is a teddy bear.

Sisi has come to the National Centre For Children's Books

to learn about different types of stories and how they can be written.

Look at all these rhymes. Look at those rhymes.

How did diddle, the cat and the fiddle,

the cow jumped over the moon.

The little dog laughed, to see such sport,

and the dish ran away with the spoon.

-Can you see the dish and the spoon anywhere?

Whoa, yeah. That is a dish...

A big dish and it has a spoon.

A rhyme is a special way of telling stories.

They are made when you have two words that sound the same,

like hat and cat.

Why don't you make up your own rhyme, Sisi?

The third thing to go in the memory box is Sisi's rhyme.

Now Sisi has read her books from the library,

she has come to return them and choose some more to take home.
