It's Thursday and this is Newsround.

Now, what do you think should be

done about cyberbullying?

We're asking because Prince William

has just announced new advice on how

children should behave online

in a special event in London.

So let's hear from the Duke

of Cambridge himself,

plus we've been finding out

what you think.

What worries you about being online?

It just worries me that

older people can take

advantage of younger people.

You don't know if someone

is being the real them.

How different people

could hack into your accounts.

If you see something negative,

if it's about you it

might hurt your feelings.

Cyber bullying is an issue, because

anyone can be bullied online.

Almost one in five young people say

they've been bullied online.

So, who should make things better?

I think the site should

make it a bit stricter.

Your parents should always look

through what you do.

I think the social media

websites are responsible,

because I think they can tell

if you're under 13 or over 13.

I think it's your parents'

and your own responsibility,

because when you decide to make

a social media account

you have to be aware

of the things that could happen.

Loads of people talk about this

issue, but things don't seem

to be getting better.

I think the sites should be stricter

and should be more careful to check

what people put online.

More security, more monitors.

There should be more reports signs.

Social media sites should make

all accounts private.

If you put your age in,

you have to get a parent

to put it in for you.

Make a tutorial at

the beginning to say

where all the report buttons are.

I think parents should be more aware

with cyber bullying,

and should know what their kids

are looking at and what they're on.

Today, Prince William revealed

a new list of rules for 11

to 16-year-olds about social media.

I began work on the issue of cyber

bullying a few years ago.

As I explored it in more detail,

I felt a growing sense of alarm.

I came to realise what it

meant for bullying,

an age-old problem sadly,

to be super-charged by social media.

His charity the Royal Foundation

has worked with social

media, tech companies,

and anti-bullying charities.

So, will something like this work?

With it being Prince William,

I think it's going to get

a lot more attention.

Some children, if they are getting

bullied online, they don't know

what to do and they get really

nervous, and they're unsure.

So I think it's really good,

because it instructs you what to do.

I don't think it will work

because a lot of people like to know

what they want to do,

they don't like people

telling them what to do.

In my opinion I don't think

that this will work,

because bullies are just

going to be bullies.

I think it is helpful

to have a list online,

because it's made by people who know

what they're talking about.

Now, the world's most expensive

painting ever has just been sold

at an auction in New York,

any guesses as to how much it was?

For that amount of money

So why would anyone pay that much?

Well, it was painted over 500 years

ago by a really famous artist,

Leonardo da Vinci, who also painted

the Mona Lisa.

But still, a lot of people

were surprised by how much

the secret bidder paid.

It was more than £100 million

over the previous most

expensive painting.

I wish I had that kind of money!

I really do, I don't even have £4!
