Whose family are we going to meet today?

It's brothers Josh, Zac and Nathan.

Nathan is five.

His younger brothers, twins Josh and Zac, are four.

They live with their mum and dad near a city.

Is it scary, riding?

I wonder what they're up to today.

It's breakfast time for brothers Nathan...

..Zac, and Zac's twin, Josh.

Not forgetting Mum...

and Dad, who have brought them their favourite cereal.

-Ooh!

-Yummy, yummy, yummy.

Oh, look what happens if I move it.

Shaking the bowls makes the milk turn chocolaty.

And makes a mess!

What was your dream, Josh, last night?

It was about...

..this dart frog.

A dart frog?!

Josh knows all about animals.

Was it tiny or big?

-Big.

-Did he have frog games?

And he had eyes and legs and mouth,

and when the boy looked at him,

he looked really big, and he is.

He squirted water in his face.

Like, tssshhh!

Yeah!

And that's the end of all my dreams.

Josh's twin, Zac, has also been dreaming,

about digging up dinosaur remains called fossils.

-I'm going to be...

-Dinosaur.

..fossiller.

That's what palaeontologists do, they dig up dinosaur fossils.

Oh, I just said that for short.

-Can you say the word palaeontologist?

-Palaeontologist.

-Well done.

-The T Rex one was really big

and a Giganotosaurus is a bigger T Rex.

But how did they die?

They died by meteors.

Wow, Zac loves his dinosaurs.

Nathan, what will you be when you grow up?

An aeroplane driver.

A pilot, Nathan? Fantastic!

What are you going to be when you grow up?

I don't know. What do you think I should be?

-A palaeontologist.

-We could do it together.

How about all of us?

A whole family of palaeontologists? And not forgetting a pilot.

The family is going out into the garden.

Josh wants to blow bubbles.

Oh!

Twin brother Zac has got some bubbles, too.

Nathan's happy just trying to pop them.

-Blow me some more bubbles.

-Here they come.

Nathan and Zac have swapped their bubbles for a bat and ball...

..whilst Josh has a lovely bubbly game for Dad.

Oh, could you pop them?

That's the challenge.

Is that my challenge, to pop bubbles?

Quick, get the bubbles before they touch the ground!

They're so cute.

Oh, I wanted to catch that one.

Oh, did you? OK. You blow the next one and catch it.

It went in the bushes, those ones did.

Nathan and Zac want to join in the fun.

I've got really much bubbles.

-Nathan? Zac? Ready?

Careful, Nathan, those bubbles may...spill!

-Shall we make some paper planes?

-Yeah!

Dad's helping the brothers make paper planes.

Nathan loves planes.

He wants to be a pilot.

Mine is going to be a dart.

-Mine's going to be a hang-glider.

-Can I have yellow?

There are lots of colours.

Josh likes purple.

It's very, very big, isn't it?

Fold the paper over so it folds in half like this.

First, fold the paper.

Zac, fold it the other way.

Oh! And do the other side like that.

Look, I did it.

You did it, Josh, well done!

Then we'll make another big triangle.

The triangle is the front of the plane.

Like this.

Fold the whole thing in half.

Don't the planes look great?

There. Where do we have to fold now?

So, fold it back, so you fold that bit there.

Keep folding.

Actually, I'm going to bend it.

The planes would look even better with some decoration.

I'm drawing a red fireball.

Some cool drawings,

splodges of sticky glue

and some glitter will make these planes sparkle.

All finished. How about a test flight?

-Go!

-Brilliant!

And the planes will fly even better outside.

Everyone is off to the park to fly the paper planes.

But they won't be flying there.

The brothers will be riding their bikes.

Helmets on, away they go.

Nice and slowly on the pavement.

There's lots of space to ride in the park and go faster.

Come on, Dad, keep up!

Look, Josh is overtaking Nathan.

He's racing to the park bench.

Josh leads, but here comes Zac.

Who's going to win?

It's a draw.

The young pilots can throw their planes really far here.

Shall we throw our paper planes you made this morning?

Yeah, maybe it will fly up to space and then down again.

Mine might go up to the tree.

And mine might go up, all the way to heaven.

OK, prepare planes ready for takeoff.

-DAD:

-Joshy, grab a plane.

The first pilot to fly their plane is Zac.

-MUM:

-Oh!

Nathan next.

Go!

What about Josh?

Great flying, Zac.

But wrong direction.

Josh uses Dad to get higher.

Whose plane will fly the furthest?

Woohoo!

Great throw, Zac.

Wow, Nathan! That was the best yet.
