very good cooperation and teamwork.

We can actually get out there and have fun.

For our prank, we hope that people actually think that they've

been transported to another planet.

If we make it to the Mega Prank,

we would like to prank our friend Daniel.

He reacts to things very strongly

He's probably just going to go crazy.

I'm smart and he's funny.

And combine the both, it's like a perfect fit.

For our public prank, we want to make people think that

a yoga instructor can teach them how to levitate.

Boom! Mind-blowing, you know!

I'm CJ Goldman, special effects make-up and prosthetics.

I've worked on a ton of movies and TV shows,

so if you need a crazy creature or monster, I'm the guy you call.

I use clay and rubber and plastic

to make imaginary things come to life.

I can make a young person look old,

or an old person young, like really, really young.

Told you!

Listen up, kids, there's a new movie coming out!

It's called Born To Prank and it's rated G for Goldman!

There's a new mov... What?!

Ha! Sounds B for Bad, CJ!

Stick to the prosthetics and I'll sort out the action.

I'm Devon Slack and my official title is stunt actress,

but in the biz, they call us crash kids.

Maybe not, OK! They should, though. It sounds a lot cooler!

I've been doing stunts for six years and, in that time,

I've been thrown down stairs, tossed through windows

and hit by a car, and I have the bruises to show it.

People always want to know if it hurts doing the stuff that I do

and the answer is, yes, sometimes it does hurt.

But you know what hurts more than doing a stunt?

Not being able to do a stunt.

'And that's why safety is the biggest part of my job.'

So, come on, Pranksters, show me what you got!

I'll tell you what I got, Devon - a prank location to introduce!

And here it is!

Team Red Herring, Team Blackout, welcome to the studio.

-You guys know your pranks...

-Yes.

-..but you don't know each other's.

So, Red Herrings, flip your card and let's see what you've got!

It starts off with an exclusive VR meditation app.

People will have to put the glasses on and they'll end up in space.

Once they take their VR glasses off, they see themselves on the

exact planet that they just were, with an alien talking to them.

-Wow!

-Wow!

-Is that me in an astronaut suit?

-Yes!

Now that we've seen the other prank, I actually feel very confident.

I feel they're not going to match our prank.

Blackout, what have you got? Let's see.

Our prank is to make people think

that a yoga instructor can teach them to levitate

and he's basically going to make the actress or actor levitate.

-Wow!

-Levitation?

-OK, that's incredibly crazy.

-That's insane.

-Yeah.

I think Team Blackout's idea is... It's a pretty good one.

It's very inventive, but ours is better.

I think we have a good competition going on.

-All right, Red Herring, you're up first!

-Yeah!

-Let's go, come on!

So, we've got an alien encounter and an uplifting yoga class.

Only one team will go on to stage a Mega Prank

and only the Ranksters will decide

who faces the Ejector Button Of Doom!

Red Herrings, the floor is yours.

I can't wait for it to start. I mean, super-excited.

So, the cool part about this prank is going to get to design and make

this really cool kind of yogi wise alien.

I'm going to take a mould of the actor's head who's playing the alien

and then I'll do a sculpture on that and reproduce that in a material

that really looks like skin and then paint it

so it'll really look like a live, living alien.

All right, so I want to introduce you guys to the alien in your prank.

-Whoosh!

-BOTH: Whoa!

-It's so cool!

-It looks really realistic!

When I first saw the alien head,

I thought that that was one of the coolest things I'd ever seen.

Very realistic and I think it fits the theme perfectly.

I'm ready to begin my yoga practice.

THEY LAUGH

What they're going to have me do is

pretend to be an instructor in a meditation group.

Now, what's going to happen is the whole room is going

to be switched to a red planet and I'm going to be dressed up

in an astronaut suit and... SHE LAUGHS

..all of a sudden, crash in the room and not know where I am.

-Ah! Oh!

-Oh!

-Whoa!

I didn't see that one coming.

'We got to do it ourselves, but in a much more secure way,'

-cos we can't jump that far.

-The public will be coming in

and receiving their VR goggles for the VR meditation.

So cool!

While that's going on, we are changing the scene.

They'll end up by taking off their glasses at the end

to find that they are where they saw in the virtual reality video.

Ah!

We are about to test this out on the public.

It's all up to the Ranksters now.

It's time for the first Public Prank!

The hidden cameras are rolling,

some dude is waving hello and our Pranksters are at their spaceship

ready to direct the invasion.

-Oh, it's so stressful!

-Ah!

Oh, look, it's Planet Earth.

But when people step inside our yoga studio,

they're in for an intergalactic surprise!

Target's coming!

-Hello?

-Hi.

-Hi, how are you?

-Very good, you?

-Are you here for the virtual reality?

-Yes.

-Come, take a seat.

This one looks like a good one.

This is a meditation virtual reality.

So the idea is it goes into a deeper part of your subconscious.

There is this one thing called a tracer effect.

You come out of your virtual reality

and see things that aren't actually there.

Last week, this guy was claiming that he actually saw an alien.

-LAUGHTER

-That's good!

Put those on.

Remember to breathe and really allow yourself

-to fall into the meditation.

-Yeah, that's good.

MALE VOICE: 'Your body is a spaceship, taking you through

'the expanse of space and time

'to a planet where relaxation is all you know.

'Now, allow your tongue to hang from your mouth.'

There we go? The tongue came out!

'Allow your arms to float up into the air.

'Let them float like noodles in space.'

I have very high hopes for this one, like super-high hopes.

'Goggles off.'

Open your eyes.

It was like a laugh out loud moment!

This is called tracer effect. You've picked up elements of the meditation

and you've brought them to our world.

(He accepts the universe.)

Now knowing that a child orchestrated this makes me want

to be friends with more children, to be quite honest with you!

It's going to take a lot from Team Blackout to best that!

I'm excited to see what the Effectors come up with.

-Team Blackout had this crazy idea.

-SHE SIGHS

I get to levitate.

OK, so this is the scissor lift and, as you can see, these are

some scuba tanks and that's what's going to push all the thing up.

'For the levitation, I'm sitting on a tractor seat

'that's covered with a pillow.' Hit it, Hugo!

-AIR HISSES

-'When the seat goes up, I go up.

'When the seat goes down, I go down.'

It's a bit like sitting on my bed,

just your bed has a bunch of metal beams in it and it's floating.

Wow! I love it!

-It looks great!

-Yeah.

-It looks really cool!

-Yes!

-Where does the yogi come into this?

-CJ:

-'So, in this extremely crazy'

yoga class, there is the yoga instructor

'in this really insanely contorted position.'

What it is is the actor in a hole in the fixed stage,

with his head and his arms through the hole

and this fake body that we have that flips around

and ends up with his feet on the two sides of his head.

And we have rods underneath it,

so that I can move around the body and the legs a little bit.

Hello, welcome, welcome to the yoga studio.

Hee-hee-hee!

-It's...it's majestic! It's...

-Yeah, it's like majestic!

It's...it's phantasmastical!

Not sure what that means,

but I am sure it's time for the second Public Prank.

The hidden cameras are rolling, our yogi puppet is primed

People are coming to this yoga studio for a free lesson from

a world-famous yoga master,

who's also a world-class weirdo!

We are doing the class on levitation and I'm very glad that you've come.

One loud scream from everyone to liberate the pain and the shame.

Devon is going to be trying out the real levitation.

'I was actually worried that they weren't going to believe us.'

Like do the hammering thing and the jumping - that was weird as well.

'When I saw the guy started to cry, I didn't expect it.'

-You can tell he had a teardrop.

-Yeah, it's like...

-And he went...

-A single tear.

Obviously, I was asking myself questions, like,

"What's really going on here?"

It was very theatrical and quite funny seeing this!

When the levitating happened, it was like... "Whoa!"

-Pretty confident.

It looked really realistic, all the costumes and everything.

He was really freaked out and scared. That was funny.

Those pranks were great,

but we've made a decision.

Our Mega Prank target is our best friend Daniel.

He's 12 years old and it's hard to kind of believe that,

because he's really tall!

On a scale of one to tall, he's TALL!

He, um, reacts to things very strongly.

He'll probably just be, like, running around going crazy and

wondering what's going on and it will be fun to watch.

Excellent! Daniel sounds like the perfect Mega Prank target.

Now for the location - a robotics lab!

Red Herring, welcome back! How are you guys doing?

-We're really excited to be here.

-Are you excited?

-Yeah!

-Are you really excited?

-BOTH: Yeah!

-OK, good!

Two words - hungry robot.

LAUGHTER

Exactly!

So... Whoosh!

Daniel is going to be brought into a real robotics lab,

-where he's going to meet a 200 million robot.

-Whoa!

Now, she's not just an everyday average 200 million robot.

-THEY LAUGH

-No, no, no!

She's super-smart and she's super-strong.

To show how strong she is,

she's going to take a glass and crush it with her bare hands.

It's fake glass.

LAUGHTER

She's going to go crazy, berserk, and she's going to smash a table!

I'm going to try to stop her

-and she's going to push me and I'm going to go flying.

-Wow!

Then she runs through and breaks through this big solid metal door...

-Whoa!

-..and she runs out, she takes off, she finds her freedom.

So then, Daniel's going to be standing there, confused and

trying to explain what happened after all of this incredible chaos.

LAUGHTER

This is the perfect prank for Daniel,

because it includes all these different things that he likes.

It includes stuff that's very believable for him,

it won't make him suspect anything and it's just good for

-his personality of, whoa...

-Yeah!

-..this is a prank made for him!

-So what do we think? Do we want to start pranking?

-BOTH: Yeah!

-Awesome!

For this Mega Prank, the challenge was to do this robot girl make-up.

So we had to make this sort of plate that goes on the back of the head,

to kind of have lights and wires and stuff,

and then I had to do a whole make-up around that

and it had to be very, very, very seamless and very smooth.

-Hi, guys!

-Hi.

So, this is your robot!

Oh, wow!

'They came in and we had Natalie the Robot with her wig on,'

and so, I was like, "All right, so what do you think about the robot?"

and they're like, "It's just kind of a lady."

-Oh!

-Wow!

-Whoa!

-That looks amazing!

-That's worth 200 million.

LAUGHTER

'The make-up on the robot looked very real.'

I was astounded when I first saw it.

So, as you can see, we have a wire and it's hooked up to a pulley rig

and, if you just take a little look back here, we have our puller.

'I ended up showing the team exactly how we were doing the stunt.

'I wanted to see what their reaction was,'

cos, if they had a good reaction, Daniel would had a good reaction!

Three, two, one, go!

-Whoa!

-Oh, that is so realistic!

'When I first saw the jerk rig happen, I was slightly surprised,'

because I just saw her fly back and it was really, really fast!

I thought it would be much slower!

Whoa!

BOTH: This is going to be awesome!

Here comes Daniel now. Daniel thinks he's coming to the robotics lab

to check out some cool robot with his science buddies.

Ah, you must be our participants!

But he's got no idea how advanced the robots are at this lab.

All right, so a lot of this equipment is very, very expensive.

Do not touch anything, but do take a seat in one of these chairs, OK?

I'm going to introduce you to my colleague Era.

-ROBOTIC VOICE:

So, before we begin, I know Era had a few questions to ask you boys.

Right from the start, he was a little bit nervous.

When she hears the word "no", she gets a very aggressive response.

This is a bit of a glitch, a bug in the programming. For example...

-THE BOYS GASP

-Oh, gosh!

-'When the glass shattered,'

he looked very panicked and scared!
