where today I'm here to meet 12-year-old Reagan.

Now, to say Reagan is a bit of a Justin Bieber fan

would be an understatement.

Reagan is planning on seeing Justin for the first time in concert,

so I'm here to make sure it's the best night of her life.

Come on, let's go and surprise her.

If there's one thing that I know it's that you love Justin Bieber.

We've already got his favourite colour as part of your outfit

but it's going to be dark.

A good way to stand out is by using glow in the dark paint.

I've got a plain white T-shirt here and glow in the dark paints here,

If you've got a big concert or show coming up,

following these tips can make it extra special.

If you look good, you often feel good too,

which is why putting thought into what you wear

is good before your event.

Reagan decided to wear Bieber's favourite colour.

Doing a bit of research can make you look like the ultimate fan.

Everyone wants their favourite pop star to see them waving

but it's usually dark and hard for them to see.

Customising a plain white T-shirt with bright paint

is a great way to get noticed.

Reagan created a backing singer look but you could paint what you like.

Always remember to have a bottle of water with you -

it can get pretty hot in those venues.

You might also want to take a cheering accessory, like a banner.

But Reagan is taking some plastic microphones.

Just a couple of pounds from a toy shop,

they make singing along a lot more fun.

When I opened the door and saw Shannon there

I was, literally, speechless

and I couldn't speak cos I was really excited, and really happy.

I'm pretty confident that Reagan is prepared for her first concert

but more importantly, I am a believer, too.
