OK. So, I best explain why I'm here.

I understand you guys need a bit of help with your revision, maybe?

What seems to be the problem?

My problem is I hate maths and I need quite a bit of help.

OK. No worries.

-And I just need something to help make revision more fun.

-OK.

-Like stay motivated?

-Yeah.

-That is a fairly common problem.

Do not worry.

I have some ideas that, hopefully, will make revision more fun

for both of you. However, there is a slight catch.

That is, I'm not actually going to tell you what we'll be doing.

You have to figure it out for yourself, OK?

The only words I'm going to say to you are "maths bingo".

So, you have two minutes to go off and look for stuff

that you think can help us make that, OK?

-OK.

-Off you go!

OK, guys. What have we got?

-We guessed it was some kind of bingo game so we got this.

-OK.

This is good. Card is definitely what we need, and pens.

We won't need a calculator.

I don't really know what these are for, but well done!

Because we thought bingo was an old lady's game,

we brought Grandma along as well.

Well, you know what?

It's a lovely thought, but I'm afraid it's not that kind of bingo.

100 divided by 2 minus 5?

Bingo!

Surviving your exams is easier than you think when you know how.

Step one, to make maths bingo:

Step two, ask someone to read out the questions

while you and a friend circle the answers.

Step three, the most important part about exam survival is relaxing.

Stress doesn't do anyone any good.

Give yourself a treat once in a while, like your favourite snack.

Make sure you get enough sleep and you'll be fine.
