I'm still in shock. That letter that West gave to me

was from Le Ballet de la Reine

and they want to offer me a position in their touring company.

This is the best thing that's ever happened to me.

But also the worst because if I take this position,

I have to leave The Next Step.

It's time for us to officially declare

the dancers on our Internationals team.

I need to make sure that we do not have a repeat of last year.

At Internationals, we still have no idea what kind of dances

we're going to be doing, which is why I need all 12 dancers there.

Last year losing Amanda and Daniel and then having Emily injured...

That just cannot happen again.

Which means I need to make sure every single one of you

is 100% committed to Internationals.

I suggested a pro-con list because a con-con list is everything against

your idea and then a pro-pro list is everything for it,

so I just think a pro-con list is the most balanced method.
