If Lucien is a judge, The Next Step is losing Internationals.

You cannot be here. You need to leave right now.

Fine. I'm going to go check out my judge's table.

It is the final day of Internationals.

Us against Sweden.

And we have just found out that Lucien is a judge.

-Rehearse.

'I am going to speak to the Internationals board'

and tell them all about our sordid history with Lucien.

Hopefully, then, they will disqualify him.

rehearsing the finals routine.

and saw that Lucien was a judge.

site of the Absolute Dance International Championships.

Stockholm Dance Theatre versus The Next Step.

-It's going to be something else, isn't it?

-It sure is.

And these teams have fought so hard to be here.

They've been blindfolded, they've spun like tops.

They've been given mystery music.

All for this moment - the final two.

'The concept for our finals routine is all of us are like puppets

'and we're being controlled by West, who is the puppet master.'

'We've come so far. We're giving it our all.

'And it... It just feels unbelievable.'

CHEERING

'I feel like I really earned this moment.'

'I'm dancing in the finals on the Internationals stage.

'This is a childhood dream of mine.'

'I've worked so hard. The entire team has worked so hard

'and I really just love dancing and to be able to compete

'in the final round on an international level

'is just... It's really emotional for me.'

'I know that there's a few of them that won't be coming back next year'

so it's really nice to see them all dance together one last time.

-Ashley, that was quite the performance.

It sure was. The Next Step went on stage and they brought it.

They totally rocked the house.

Stockholm has some big shoes to fill.

'Sweden's dance is just absolutely beautiful.

'The concept of their piece is stunning.

'They're these Nordic gods'

and they look so ethereal. It's really powerful.

is the strongest competitor we have ever had.

'The other thing that scares me too is that'

Sweden still has their five-point advantage.

Well, we started with 160 teams, Ashley.

And all the dancing is said and done.

How is this thing going to pan out?

They were both incredible, but The Next Step took more creative risks.

That might just give them the edge.

Now keep in mind, Sweden has five bonus points.

I'm nervous.

I can't imagine how those poor dancers are feeling waiting.

And the judges have made their decision.

We're going to find out who's going to win this whole darn thing

in just a matter of moments.

'This is all we've ever worked for and it's finally here.'

I've never been more nervous in my life.

The judges have tabulated their scores and here are the results.

The Next Step has scored a total of 97 points.

And Stockholm Dance Theatre has scored a 92 points.

With the addition of five bonus points...

it's a tie.

What are the chances of it becoming an exact tie?

For the first time ever in Internationals competition,

-we need a tie-break.

-I cannot believe this

and I can't lie, I'm actually so excited

because this means more dance. But, Chuck -

-what is the protocol?

-Unbelievable.

According to protocol...

it calls for duets.

So in order to solve this riddle known as the Internationals,

it's going to come down to two members from each team.

This is so exciting.

It's all up to you guys.

Are you ready?

Yeah.

'This means that everything is up to me and James.'

No pressure.

Well, Ashley Leggat, remember all that dancing we've seen

throughout the course of this week, all the drama associated with it,

all the excitement, the pomp, everything?

Yeah. Toss that out the window.

We're starting from scratch. It's a new ball game so to speak.

It sure is. Of course, we're gearing up for the tie-breaker duets.

This is going to be incredible dancing to watch.

it's probably the last time we're going to dance together.

It's all been so amazing.

I really, really don't want to let that go.

then I want to take in every single moment of it.

I sure can. That was an incredible performance.

I just don't know how The Next Step will beat that.

to do this dance.

I think I'm ready for this to be my last dance.

..we just have to make this one count.

I've never seen two dancers so connected.

It sure does.

I can't imagine how those poor dancers are feeling waiting,

finally, to hear the results of who has won Internationals.

And we're hearing that those results are coming our way right now.

The first time at the Internationals

that a team has never tasted this competition

has gone on to take the title.

This is so incredible.

They have been the underdogs all week.

And the are underdogs no more. They have just won Internationals.

'This has been something that I've wanted my whole life.

'This has been the goal that I've always been reaching for

'and now, it's here. We've finally reached it.'

It's so insane.

We did it. We did it. Do you hear? We did it!

'I've never been this excited in my life.

'I didn't think we would make it past Regionals'

and now we're the champions?

I don't even know what to say right now. Ah!

'Can you believe it? We're the champions of the world.'

This is the best day of my life.

'I did this with my family. I did this with my boyfriend.'

It's just... It's such an amazing feeling.

'My team and I won together. 'And this is something'

that we will never forget.

'In my wildest dreams, I never could have imagined this happening.

'And here we are.'
