-to 50 cafes for the book.

-places sit in Wales...

-incredible photographs...

-..for the 19th Cardigan Bay

-Seafood Festival.

-Three Michelin-starred chefs

-joined other chefs...

-..to cook an array of fish

-in a marquee on the harbour.

-Our cameras were there

-to sample the festival.

-Today sees the 19th

-Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival.

-The sun is shining so I hope

-everyone enjoys themselves.

-We've got twelve chefs who are sure

-to offer an array of seafood dishes.

-Today, we've got stalls

-linked with fish, the sea...

-..and many other things including

-plants so there's plenty to do.

-I'm cooking

-at this annual festival...

-..which is the best

-seafood event in Wales.

-Thankfully, the sun is shining

-as it poured with rain last year...

-..so people are out

-in their hundreds.

-There's a number

-of famous Welsh chefs.

-Everyone has the same amount of fish

-and time to cook what they can.

-The aim is to sell

-as much produce as possible.

-Our menu includes

-a roll of local lobster...

-..a local smoked mackerel pate

-and delicacies from Aberystwyth.

-There's a stall selling delicious,

-fresh oysters from Ireland.

-We're also selling prosecco and wine

-so there's something for everyone.

-This is the best place

-to sample your first oyster.

-Some are trying them for the first

-time whilst others eat a dozen!

-I've made paella which is great

-and feeds 100 so you can eat too.

-There's other ingredients

-and I'll make it up as I go along.

-I had my first stall here as an

-artist and made a lot of money.

-It encouraged me

-to be a full-time artist.

-I'm a local girl from Ciliau Aeron

-so grew up in the area.

-I now live in Cardiff but love

-coming back to meet my customers.

-Dad is coming

-to look after the stall...

-..so I can have a wander, drink some

-wine and see the different chefs.

-This is an incredible festival

-and people flock here to enjoy fish.

-We're an island so have plenty

-of fish but we're not adventurous.

-This festival promotes our fish.

-People sample something

-they've never tried before.

-The sun is shining

-and everyone is having a great time.

-It's important that local people

-get to try some of the local fish.

-We should support

-the local businesses in Aberaeron.

-I run a business and this brings

-a lot of people to Aberaeron.

-This is the 19th festival

-and I've been coming for many years.

-I'm sure it'll be massive next year.

-Aberaeron is the best place

-in the world and I enjoy being here.

-It looks like a great festival.

-I play Julia who's described

-an unusual type of relationship.

-Both rebel against Big Brother.

-It's a strange relationship as

-they are not meant to be together.

-It was exciting that it wasn't just

-nominated as a foreign film.

-I won the award for Best Performance

-It was low budget, filmed over

-three weeks and it's a Welsh film.

-Mynytho has many poets and authors.

-It educated the newcomers about

-the area and they love singing it.

-The Pant Yr Hwch Studio has grown

-since it was set up three years ago.

-We do a lot with primary schools

-and other artists too.

-Today, it's the turn

-of Ysgol Foel Gron from Mynytho.

-It's been a lot of fun and we've

-still got a few tracks to record.

-We started learning the

-school's song about two weeks ago.

-We're now singing it at the studios

-owned by Mr Humphreys.

-Some of the songs were quite tough

-..but there isn't time

-to do the other two!

-I love Ysgol Foel Gron as it's

-a great school and I learn a lot.

-Today, we've been recording songs in

-the drums to the music...

-that go with the songs.

-It's great for the children

-to experience being in a studio...

-studio as opposed to a large one.
