-I've been a member for many years.

-Being a member inspired me to write.

-I'm also a historian.

-There are choirs of varying

-standards all over the country.

-I enjoyed reading the book.

-I'm glad you've enjoyed it Rhodri.

-I'm also one of the Treorchy choir

-I've been on S4C lots this year.

-The youngsters have been busy

-My cancer medication and the

-anti-inflammatory...

-..weren't working together.

-I saw a locum doctor who gave me

-some more medication.

-The symptoms went and

-I continued filming.

-However, I noticed that my hair

-was falling out.

-I brushed it off as having too many

-highlights.

-Deep down,

-I knew that something was wrong.

-They ran some tests and told me that

-it wasn't the medication.

-Velindre hospital spotted that

-my new medication was to blame.

-It didn't work alongside some

-of my other pills.

-I've lost lots of my hair.

-I'll show you my hair.

-I find it very upsetting.

-I've already lost my hair with chemo

-and radiotherapy.

-To think that I've gone through it

-all again due to medication...

-..it breaks my heart.

-However, I don't have cancer.

-I've found it difficult to go out

-and attend various events.

-I couldn't go to the It's My Shout

-premiere.

-I couldn't face the world.

-However, I'm getting better thanks

-to medication.

-I'm not afraid about talking about

-my worries.

-You have been very brave.

-There are lots of people who have

-suffered the same as me.

-However, others might not have had

-the same care as me.

-by giving me a hair oil.

-This shouldn't have happened to me.

-I might need a wig in the future.

-decorations.

-You can never have too many

-decorations.

-These are some sophisticated

-decorations that you can make.

-This is the best time

-to put up your decorations.

-You can decorate your home

-with these decorations.

-I haven't had time to

-decorate my home yet.

-I've used a cake stand, baubles and

-foliage to make this decorations.

-You can make this centrepiece

-yourself.

-I've used Christmas tree branches.

-Next, I have a wine glass with some

-cranberries in it.

-I've placed carnations on the top.

-You need large glasses to hold the

-cranberries and carnations.

-I've sprayed some dried hydrangeas

-with some silver paint.

-You could also use gold paint.

-Candles are very Christmassy.

-I've placed some holly branches and

-berries around the candles.

-That would look great

-on a Christmas table.

-Greenery can be found all

-around in your garden.

-I have some more ideas

-for your wine glasses.

-Place some baubles inside glasses

-and tip them upside down.

-They can be used to hold candles.

-These glass plates can be found

-everywhere on the high street.

-They're popular during weddings too.

-You should use a cluster of

-decorations on your table.

-I got married at Christmas and

-I had similar centrepieces.

-I've used some foliage, flowers

-and berries in this jug.

-You don't need any flowers to create

-a Christmas feel.

-You could place this beside

-a fireplace too.

-I've been more creative with these

-jam jars.

-I've used some leftover wrapping

-paper and PVA glue...

-..and used spray glitter and twine

-to decorate the jars.

-You can keep these vases

-for next year too.

-I don't usually welcome anyone

-to the home at Christmas.

-I always give these decorations

-as gifts.

-These items can all be found

-around your home.

-Use a tray and cherry glasses

-I've placed a candle and some

-crystals in a vase.

-branches work well too.

-in the first place?

-I've always been interested

-in flying since I was a boy...

-..to go up in a plane and I got

-the bug for flying straight away.

-After getting the bug,

-you took some flying lessons.

-Yes, I came to Haverfordwest to have

-about 50 hours of flying lessons.

-I got my licence, flew regularly

-and decided to build my own plane.

-How do you go about

-building a plane?

-There are many planes out there but

-I chose this one which is a Jabiru.

-A Jabiru is a large Australian bird.

-I ordered the kit and it arrived

-in three large, wooden boxes.

-I'd get up at 5.30am and spend

-2,000 hours building the plane.

-How are you feeling about flying

-this plane for the first time?

-I'm a bit nervous but also excited.

-I can't wait to get out there

-and go into the sky.

-I'd love to be your co-pilot but I

-think someone should stay down here.

-London is incredible and we've

-met former pupils from Llangennech.
