-Were you enjoying the sunshine in

-South-West Wales over the weekend?

-You may have come across the latest

-challenge by the YFC in Ceredigion.

-Members were out in force and I'm

-sure a few legs are aching today!

-This year marks the 75th anniversary

-of the YFC in Ceredigion...

-..so decided to celebrate

-by setting our members a challenge.

-Three groups will cycle 25 miles.

-The county's clubs were split

-into south, north and east.

-Everyone should meet in Aberaeron

-at the end of the day.

-We'll raise money for the Ceredigion

-YFC and Blood Bikes Wales.

-They are so important for carrying

-blood and organs around Wales.

-We're supporting them and

-it matched our theme of cycling too.

-Some found a bike in the shed,

-others have borrowed one...

-..and some cycle often so there's

-a cross-section of participants.

-Everyone is pulling together

-and having fun as we mark 75 years.

-The training hasn't gone very well

-as I've done seven miles once.

-We're doing 25 today

-so I just hope I last the course.

-I've been out three times and seven

-miles is the furthest I've done.

-My aim is to arrive in Aberaeron.

-I've done eight miles

-so need to maintain that pace.

-I'm almost out of water

-which isn't a good sign.

-It's better than I expected and

-I'm excited about seeing Aberaeron.

-We're only in Tanygroes

-so still have a fair way to go.

-My legs are like jelly but I'll

-stick in a low gear and keep going.

-My body is in shock

-from doing all this exercise.

-I'm getting used to it.

-Someone was stupid enough to name me

-as main steward for the south team.

-I need to make sure everyone

-reaches their places together.

-We're waiting for the last team.

-We also carry supplies

-such as food and water.

-I've got Jaffa cakes and

-the riders are sure to enjoy them.

-We've reached Aberaeron

-and I feel very proud.

-We cycled from Tregaron to Lampeter

-and Aberaeron.

-It was a challenge but we did it.

-Yes, 25 miles is tough

-but I hope we did it with honour...

-..and raised money for good causes.

-It was a real challenge.

-There were older cyclists of my age

-and youngsters aged about twelve.

-It took a lot of organizing

-to get over 200 people here on time.

-I'm dying for a drink!

-It shows what the YFC is all about.

-A lot of us

-haven't cycled in years...

-..but we dusted off the bikes to

-raise money for good causes today.

-Congratulations to them all!

-with it over many years.

-I remember his father

-and grandfather.

-all the choirs had upped their game.

-and it's been an adventure for us.

-We performed at Music For Youth

-in Birmingham at Symphony Hall.

-It was a wonderful experience.

-It was followed by a performance at

-The Royal Albert Hall in November.

-It's been an unforgettable year.

-And to top it off,

-they've won Cor Cymru 2017.

-It's no wonder why

-they were so excited!

-They were screaming in my ear

-and I couldn't hear anything!

-To the point where we had trouble

-listening to your chat with Morgan!

-What happened after the programme?

-They're a fantastic bunch.

-We're drawn together as a team

-through strengths and weaknesses.

-The natural sound of the choir

-is also rural.

-It's appealing to the ear

-and captivated the judges.

-In addition to winning the title

-and cash prize...

-..you'll also represent Wales

-at Eurovision Choir of the Year.

-I think that's why

-they were screaming so much.

-It was the realization of winning

-and enjoying a jaunt to Latvia.

-It's going to be great

-and will take place in mid July.

-I'm bursting with pride.

-I'm more proud because it's a choir

-that tends to perform at services.

-It's not one my usual choirs.

-It's a choir that formed
