Welcome to Let's Dance For Sport Relief. It is week three and we are

live. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

Yes, three weeks into our search for the ultimate dance champion of

2012 and already we found some truly amazing places for lunch!

see if all the great dancers were measured by enthusiasm and cross-

dressing. Get ready as five more more acts

let their hair and their dance instructors tonight. They dance for

Sport Relief. Not only do we have some

astonishing dancing, we have amazing music. In fact, we have a

very special performance from the man, the legend, Chris Isaak.

spirit, we have a collaboration sent from heaven above, a

performance from Tinchy Stryder and the stunning, Pixie Lott.

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE So in tonight's competition, only

two acts can go through to the final. Now, you at home will pick

one and the panel panel will pick the other.

What a panel, Bruno, Arlene and Len. They were busy, so it is Tim

describe them, but they are funny people.

liner so on this show that makes you an expert in dance! What

analysis can we expect from you this evening?

Here is the question - what makes a good Let's Dance performer out

there? Le owe tarred. I want to see people try hard to do a good dance.

I don't want to see lots of mad jumping around. I want to see

You have been on the show. Where do you think you are? The wrong place.

Ed, we were saying earlier, we are we are surprised that you have the

audacity to show your face after what you did last year. Only joking.

It is 7pm, what else am I going to show on? How do you think the

contestants will be feeling backstage right now? Well, there is

a lot of the dancers that you have, not the people competing, but the

professional dancers are beautiful and fit in every sense of the word.

Right now the contestants are probably feeling pretty fat and

ugly ugly looking at these beautiful and going, "I should go

to the gym more often.". Ladies and gentlemen, show your appreciation.

APPLAUSE Last year a radio DJ and a pop star

bonded over a track across the African desert in temperatures up

to 40 degrees. This year for Sport Relief, they have got it really

tough. I'm Olly Murs. I'm Scott Mills.

I'm singer. I am a Radio 1 DJ.

He is, indeed. And we're here to do Let's Dance.

I have no idea where we are at all. There is just mountains all around

us. It is pushing 38, 39 degrees. Probably around about that, Scott.

We are heading... We are going somewhere else. In this direction.

That was the Vita lented Olly Murs and Dance With Me Tonight, sooner

than you think. When I got asked to take part, Olly Murs was the

obvious choice of dance partner for me. He is young. He is handsome. He

is an amazing dancer, but he is loved by the British voting public.

Luckily, he is a really good mate of mine so he he jurchd at the jsh

jumped at the chance to join me on stage.

MOBILE PHONE RINGS Olly and I have been working so

hard. We have been training all week to get it right.

Waky, waky twinkle toes. It is rehearsal time.

Your mum said you are a size nine so I hope they fit. She says hi by

the way. We will start off with nice, simple

steps just until you get the hang of it. I always knew Olly was a

good dancer, but seriously some of the stuff he has been doing in

training this week has blown me away.

You should follow me Olly, keep up. He is incredible. He has got this

amazing talent. I think I am a shoe-in for the final now Olly is

with me. He will win me that trophy!

crowd pleaser, are you pleased with it? Yeah, I don't know.

ledge. We enjoyed it, but I shouldn't

speak for the panel. Tim, what are you thinking? I am really impressed

Olly that you had the guts to come and dance with Scott. There is no

way you will keep up with him, but you did your best and you looked

all right and to bring Knight Rider on wearing a piece of kit on his

head. It was a spectacular thing and the clothes clothes make me

want to take them them off you and put them on myself. I can't imagine

anything being better than that, ever. Katy, do you think the Hoff

took the shine off the boys? No, I think the Hoff has The X Factor. I

hope no one lights a naked flame around you for the next two hours.

There were enough good steps. There was a lot of enthusiastic jumping,

but you had good proper choreography steps and Scott, you

did most of them. Well done. It was good.

David, were you invited to be part of the show or did you... I was on

my way to Bath! You know, it was great. One of you

is a better dancer than the other. Let's make no bones about it and

Olly I think it was your duty to take your talent down a bit. It was

good of you to show Scott up for the stumbling man that he is.

The three of them were amazing. If Scott and Olly made you jolly... If

Olly and Scott you liked a lot, what would you have done? You made

country's best loved comedians, when she acts, she is funny and

when she writes, she is funny. When she dances, you will laugh until

soup comes out of your nose, it is Arabella Weir.

Hi, I'm Arabella Weir, normally I do come comedy, but tonight I will

be dancing, but according to my children, ruining their lives.

Does my bum look big in this? You won't be surprised to learn that

the dance routine I've gone for is one of Kylie's iconic numbers. I

mean it seemed crazy not to really given the resemblance!

Actually, I get confused for her all the time!

Today, I have got my consultation with the make-up team and their job

is to make me look as much like Kylie as possible.

I think they're going to take the day off, don't you?

The great thing about me and Kylie is, of course, we have got delicate

features, like take the nose. Look at it, uncanny, that's going to

need a little bit of light powder, that will be it.

I suppose if you were really looking for it, there might be a

little bit of light fuzz on the top lip to take care of, but you know,

It is great. I think it is disgusting how you can be so young

comedian, but what I really want to As an artist, the frustration is

always when people don't see the real you.

They have seen the clown throwing himself around for cheap laughs,

that I am so much more than that. A good space. If only people could

see behind the mask, I would be able to show the mask that I'm

actually a committed artist. What's great about Let's Dance For

Sport Relief is an opportunity for me to explore my own visual poetry

Brilliant performances. This week John Bishop has been pushing

himself to the limit for Sport Relief in his week of hell

challenge. Take a look at how he got on.

This is Bishop's week of hell, a 180 mile cycle in one go up to

Calais and then three days, a marathon a day back-to-back. It is

a tough challenge. You just don't want to let anyone

down. 20 miles to go, I was gone and then

you just think, "This will only hurt for a bit." It is about 3.30

and that will give John two hours sleep before he has to row across

the channel. He is He is not feeling well at all

and shoving tenners and twenty pound notes in John's sweaty hand.

It is brilliant that. Have you ever seen anything like

your life? I wouldn't say it would scar me, but it hasn't given me a

massive passion for dancing, it is tiring and painful. I have pulled a

lot of muscles and I have bruises everywhere, but we have enjoyed it..

It was worth it because you looked fantastic and you brought your A

game as did this gentleman, writer, comedian, actor, producer and now

dancer. That was theatre out there. Yes.

Well, we thought it would be nice to involve the dancers who were

kind to put that together and they were within their capacities. They

were things they were doing to make me - even though I couldn't do. A

big thank you to the group. They are a fantastic group.

Let's chat to Kirsten. Yeah, Alex Jones' boyfriend. If I can give you

a word of advice, she is a nightmare, get out of it while you

can. Heed my warning, sir. Kirsten, you are like a wonder

woman. Were you just pandering to the judges, or did you really give

birth ten weeks ago because it did not look like it? My little son is

at home being looked after. It was Nice to get out of the house. He is

safe tonight. But it was nice to get out of the house.

Arabella, you gave birth 144 months ago. How are you on your feet?

on my feet all the time. Actually, the best fun I had was dancing with

the dancers which is why I did the most synchro niced dand.

Children are are dying in in Africa from diseases which can be

prevented. Here we have a child who came in about 30 minutes ago. She

has fever for two days. This was needed to correct the anaemia.

Every day I see patients coming in like this. It breaks my heart

because all these illnesses are preventable.

It you look around the rest of the room right now, you can see about

five children over here that are suffering. Again, from another

disease that is preventable. I have got brothers and sisters and

you know, some of them are really, really young and to - this little

kid is just screaming in pain. There is just nothing no one can do

for him. It feels hopeless, but there are

things we can do to try and stop this.

Guys, this little vaccine prevents five of the major diseases and some

of these kids right now have got them. It is as easy as texting
