-The other has beetroot and mackerel.

-Salads are all about preparation.

-Prepare everything beforehand...

-together when you're ready.

-I've got something that looks

-as if we're feeding cattle!

-I've got a salad with some

-watercress and some rocket.

-Most people recognize rocket...

-..and it's strong peppery flavour.

-There's also pea shoots.

-You can remove the tips

-from your pea plants.

-They have tendons to help them grow.

-There's all sorts of flavours.

-that I boiled last night...

-that was roasted.

-I'm using a plastic bag

-..because beetroot can stain!

-You can use the bag to chop up

-You can buy one that's pre-prepared.

-It's very cheap.

-I would always have a jar of

-beetroot with Mam-gu.
