-I had a great time.

-It was a very long week.

-It was tough on my feet!

-This teriyaki salmon recipe

-makes the perfect quick supper.

-It's a healthy and fresh dish.

-Marinate the salmon

-in a teriyaki sauce.

-You can buy the sauce

-or make your own.

-Teriyaki sauce contains soy sauce,

-rice vinegar and water.

-You can reduce it on the hob

-or buy it yourself.

-I've marinated them

-in some sesame oil.

-I like to keep the skin

-on the salmon.

-It keeps them crisp.

-I marinated the salmon overnight.

-Add four chopped spring onions

-and two cloves of garlic.

-Fry them in a pan.

-It's a quick supper.

-I like lots of grated fresh ginger.

-It's a healthy and fresh dish.

-Yes, they are all

-healthy ingredients.

-I was in the garden this morning.

-All these green leaves

-are from my garden.

-There's too many of them!

-I'll add some kale leaves

-to the pan.

-The centre can be quite tough.

-The kale withers in no time

-in the pan.

-I've also got some Swiss chard.

-They call it the rainbow chard.

-It's from the cabbage family.

-They are tasty and healthy.

-Cabbage is a superfood.

-You can also add some spinach

-and pak choi.

-There's also red cabbage.

-This has long dark leaves.

-Cut them into thin slices.

-It's also a healthy way to cook.

-They contain vitamin A and C.

-If you boil them, you will lose

-their nutrients and vitamins.

-Frying them

-retains their nutrients.

-We have some egg noodles.

-You can also use rice noodles.

-There's also thick noodles.

-Some noodles have been dried.

-Simply boil them in hot water.

-Add a splash of more sauce

-and some chilli sauce.

-This sauce was made in Monmouth.

-This looks tasty and attractive.

-Warm the noodles through the pan.

-Serve the salmon on top of it.

-Garnish with some fresh coriander.

-..I met a young man who played

-a special role on that tour.

-I'm lucky to be joined by a man

-who has had a very busy summer...

-..and I admit to being very jealous.

-Dafydd Rees has been touring with

-the Lions but you weren't playing.

-No, I was there as an ambassador

-with eight others from Britain.

-Two were Irish, two were Scottish,

-three English and me from Wales!

-I went to learn about New Zealand

-and how to beat them.

-You're very lucky to be the only one

-from Wales so how were you chosen?

-I did a video for YouTube

-explaining why I should be chosen.

-I was interviewed in London

-by John Spencer and Charlie McEwen.

-Five from each country went through

-to the next round...

-..and I was chosen five days later.

-I was crying down the phone

-and thought it was a prank call!

-I went to Wellington,

-Rotorua, Hamilton, Auckland...

-..and loads of places

-on North Island.

-It was an unforgettable fortnight

-and I can't really describe it.

-It's a great place for rugby but

-what did you learn from the Kiwis?

-Does it make a difference

-if you know the parents?

-It's difficult

-You can say something to them.

-focuses on the abdomen.

-Abdomens often feature in Hollywood

-films and health magazines.

-There's more to the abs

-than just looking attractive.

-They are important for your spine

-and give you a strong posture.

-I'll show you some fantastic

-exercises to give you some abs.

-When doing abdominal exercises

-on the floor...

-..you press the base of your back to

-the floor and raise the shoulders.

-It takes pressure off the spine and

-hips and puts tension in the abs.

-Make sure your shoulders are raised

-and the base of the back is flat.

-Place your hands on your thighs and

-slide them forward to the knees...

-..whilst keeping the tension

-in the abs at all times.

-As opposed to raising

-your shoulders...

-..this move asks you to raise your

-legs to work the base of the abs.

-This move works the obliques or

-the muscles on the edge of the abs.

-I'm not using a ice cream maker.

-This is much easier than ice cream.

-I'm going to make

-a blackberry sauce.

-These aren't from the hedgerows.

-Add a tablespoon of sugar...

-..and the blackberries will reduce.

-We need to make the ice cream

-from cream and yoghurt.

-You need 200g of Greek yoghurt.

-It's quite thick.

-It's sweetened with some honey.

-You can add more honey.

-You may as well use full fat yoghurt

-if you're using all that cream!

-You need strong flavours

-when serving something cold.

-Freezing or chilling a dish...

-..means that it

-will lose its flavour.

-Add some orange blossom water.

-You only need two teaspoons of this.

-Can you pick it up anywhere?

-You can buy it

-in some of the supermarkets.

-I want to turn on the mixer.

-You can also buy it in delis.

-as a tonic for the face.

-Don't mix it too much.

-to lighten the mixture.

-This needs to be quite stiff.

-This is folded into the mixture.
