-Today, you're preparing a snack to

-serve during tomorrow's rugby game.

-There are two courses.

-I'm making a chicken teriyaki.

-I'm using the wings of the chicken.

-You can bite down on them

-during the match!

-I start with the sauce.

-Use 100 ml of water

-and 2 teaspoons of muscovado sugar.

-This will be sticky.

-We'll have to be

-careful eating this.

-I've also added some ginger powder

-and soy sauce.

-There's also a clove of garlic.

-Can you make the sauce in advance?

-You can make this sauce

-beforehand or buy it.

-It's easy to make

-if you have the ingredients.

-You can also store it overnight.

-I'm creating a glaze.

-Add water to cornflour.

-Stir out the lumps.

-It'll thicken the sauce.

-This is for a kilo of chicken.

-There's enough for ten people.

-Cover the chicken with the sauce.

-Oven bake at 200c or gas mark 5

-for 30 minutes.

-Turn it up to 220C.

-Serve them with some salad.

-Drizzle some sauce over it.

-They will be perfect with a bottle
