-How did you end up in Sweden?

-I met my girlfriend when I was

-a student in Aberystwyth.

-Her name is Emelie.

-The photograph was taken on a

-beautiful day in Aberystwyth.

-You decided to return

-to Sweden with Emelie.

-I decided to go back

-to Stockholm with her.

-It was quite easy for us

-to move there.

-Do you enjoy living there?

-I love it out there.

-It's similar to Wales and Britain.

-I've managed to learn

-some of the language.

-I work out there.

-However, I'm still studying Swedish!

-I also do some work with trees.

-It's usually very white in Sweden

-at Christmas...

-..but it's very mild there

-at the moment.

-How do the Swedish celebrate

-In Sweden,

-they celebrate on 24 December...

-What happened?

-The club was playing a home game

-against Llandaf in 2013.

-Dylan had a bash on his head.

-I got there and saw an ambulance.

-He was taken to hospital.

-They found that there was a bleed

-on the brain...

-..and needed surgery.

-He's been in the Heath Hospital

-in Cardiff for most of the time...

-..since that match in 2013.

-It's affected a lot of people

-across Wales.

-The family want to thank everyone

-who has helped.

-Some people have gone a step further

-to raise money.

-There's been a lot of fund-raising.

-We've had concerts.

-There was also an event in the

-Millennium Stadium.

-Another man has chosen to ride

-50 miles...

-..50 times during his 50th year!

-He's crossed the whole of Wales...

-..as part of his bike rides.

-Some of the tours were

-very difficult.

-Neil has done incredibly well.

-He's got one left for the new year.

-He plans to raise about 5,000.

-These days, it can be difficult

-to raise money.

-It's a difficult time

-to raise funds.

-We're raising money for Dylan...

-..but it's being run

-through the WRU.

-The WRU has also been very

-supportive of the family.

-We also had a game in Cardigan.

-It was a great event.

-We hope to help Dylan

-and his parents...

-..move back to his parents' home

-in Cardigan.

-Dylan is still in hospital.

-He'll need constant care.

-I saw him a few months ago and

-he was in good spirits.

-I think he enjoys seeing an array

-of people.

-It's very positive.

-He'll need help for the rest

-of his life.

-The rugby community is close-knit.

-We'll do everything we can

-for these players...

-..who have had an array

-of accidents.

-and a little girl.

-The twins are Esme and Henry.

-They are out with their mother

-Llyr hasn't had his hair cut

-by a professional in three years.

-has been doing it all.

-What do you think of the hair?

-Ruth can't stop laughing!

-I think she's removed chunks

-of the hair and left longer parts.

-I'm not a hairdresser but I can see

-that one part is much longer.

-I thought it was

-a new asymmetric style.

-I didn't want to say too much

-but I'll go through his hair today.

-There are parts of the hair that's

-very short and other parts are long.

-It'll help you to decide what to do.

-Yes, I'm going layer all the back

-and get rid of the Bob look!

-Llyr is home from Stockholm

-He spends a lot of time outdoors

-but has that affected his skin?

-We tend to think that those

-who work outdoors have dry skin...

-..but Llyr's skin isn't dry.

-You don't pay for a haircut but

-do you pay for skincare products?

-I only use Dove soap.

-It obviously works!

-There are other soaps

-on the high street.

-There's an array of products for men

-and not just for women.

-I've got No7, L'Oreal and

-Clinique also has a range for men.

-The item I'm holding is a serum

-for the eyes.

-There's a roller ball

-and it stays cool.

-It helps to get rid of bags

-and tiredness under the eyes.

-There's an array of moisturizers

-and serums to be had.

-I imagine you coming off the

-rugby pitch, taking a shower...

-..and applying all the moisturizers

-and serums!

-Do you know what you're going to do

-with Llyr's hair?

-Llyr likes his hair to be quite long

-but it'll be shorter at the back.

-I hope to have a lot of leftovers.

-It's a healthy meat.

-It can be used in an array

-of recipes.

-A lot of people don't like being

-left with the carcass!

-The turkey can fill a fridge!

-Remove all the meat...

-..and chop up the carcass...

-..so that it can be frozen.

-It makes a great stock.

-Separate the white and brown meat

-and use it at different times.

-You have a few ideas for us.

-We start with a recipe from Spain.

-It's great for your turkey

-and potatoes.

-These are great warm.

-You can use any kind

-of strong cheese.

-Grate the cheese into the mixture...

-..and wrap it in breadcrumbs.

-You make it sound easy.

-I'm sure everyone will enjoy these.

-You can serve these with tomatoes

-and chorizo.

-These would be great in front

-There's also a Mexican theme.

-I've used a smoked paprika.

-I enjoy a turkey sandwich.

-are delicious too after Christmas.

-Sometimes, you feel that all your

-food at Christmas...

-..just tastes the same.

-There's a Thai-style salad.

-There's sliced cucumber and

-the turkey.

-The dressing is made from fish

-It really feeds your senses!

-There's also some nuts.

-That sounds like a light dish.

-It's quite light

-after the rich meals...

-I'd never think of having

-a Thai meal at Christmas.

-It's nice and light.
