Do you get attached to them? Is it hard to say goodbye?

I'm very sad actually when I see them going,

but I know they'll be doing a very good job where they're going to.

So I'm pleased about that aspect of it.

I think it's an excellent job to do.

I hope it will do a very good service

for the family that they go to as well.

They've been lovely to work with. They're exceptional characters.

You can see they all have their own different things about them.

They're very friendly.

THEY CALL TO THE GOATS

The way business is run now, e-mail plays a big part in the business,

people enquiring about the price lists sending out, getting drawings,

downloading things, even sending photographs.

So everything depends on the internet now

and a lot of engineers, foremen and all, they all have laptops on site

so we are reliant a lot on the internet.

Whenever I say 100% broadband availability

I should add that that does not necessarily mean

it's 100% available over your traditional phone line.

It may be you need another platform, another way of getting broadband,

for example by satellite service.

It's really important to understand it's not necessarily 100% broadband

over your traditional phone line.

I know that has been a bit of a problem particularly in rural areas

where people can find it difficult to get a really good broadband service

on some occasions over their telephone lines.

The weather has a bearing on the satellite.

Take yesterday, for instance. We had a wet, windy day, low cloud,

and the internet just totally crashed on me.

Whenever you're trying to send something in a hurry,

that's the time it'll crash on you.

It isn't really solving our problem at all.
