Welcome to our coverage of the Aegon championships. It's semifinals day.

It's Milos Raonic versus Bernard Tomic on court. Andy Murray booked

his place in the finals. We're enjoying Bernard Tomic here against

Milos Raonic, just one break of serve in the first set. That went to

Raonic. He is a set up. We join it at 2-2, with John Lloyd and Andrew

Castle. And what a moment. Raonic on the

prowl again. Bernard Tomic not looking good.

Raonic certainly feeling good, animated and looking forward to a

final tomorrow. If he can just hold three more service games and go

through to play Murray in the final. He's not right, Tomic. I don't think

he's right. I agree. There's something not quite right. When you

play Raonic, to a certain extent, you're not in control of your

destiny, when Raonic is serving big. But for me, Tomic has not played the

way he normally plays. His ground strokes. There's no real bounce to

him, when he's moving. He looks very tight when he's walking around. I'm

not sure that he's quite right. He's certainly not playing a great match

by any means. It's just not there today. Unfortunately, you lose a

break of serve on grass to Raonic and you're in a bit of trouble. He's

down a set as well. Looks like he's stretching his back there in the

picture. Doesn't look right. Lleyton Hewitt will be thinking, just get on

with it mate, find a way. Do whatever it takes. That's what he

would do. He was one of the great competitors of all time, when you

think of it. Number one in the world for two years. Didn't have a big

serve. Didn't have a big game. But mentally, he was the top. 44

straight holds of serve now for Raonic.

Comfortable on the grass. He's got exactly out of Queen's Club what he

wanted to. Very effective on clay as well.

That's one of the rare times we've seen the passing shot. It's a good

approach actually. Kitchen sink will be somewhere round

there. That's too good. That was a good

return from Tomic. Got it back pretty deep, in the mid.

Court. -- Middle of the court. And a world-class serve. That might

be the slowest first serve he's ever hit, 113 and it was still an ace.

UMPIRE: Game, Raonic. New balls please.

You know what Raonic is missing, have you noticed? This week. No.

Remember, the sleeve that he used to wear. Yes, what's going on there? He

had a reaction to like deep heat or something, sometimes you get that

with that heat on the arm. He had a reaction to it. He put this sleeve

on and it became a trade mark. He hasn't gone it on any more. There

was one of these hashtag campaigns that the PR companies put together.

It was hashtag believe in the sleeve.

UMPIRE: Mr Raonic challenged the call. The ball is called out. The

umpire in the chair getting all theatrical on it. The ball was

rightly called out. UMPIRE: The call stands. There's

Mohammed, never a smile too far from his face.

Federer lost today. These are the people that Kyle Edmund will be

competing against and don't forget the man in your picture, serving,

Bernard Tomic, just 23 years of age. Kyrgios as well, 21 now. There's a

good group coming. Is this the group that will... I would think so. ...

Replace the greats eventually? Some solid players in that areas. It's a

question of who makes the extra move, willing to put in the extra

work. This man in the picture, talk about an all-round player in terms

of talent, but mentally, you know, which is such a huge part of the

game, does he have that in grand slams? A lot of people think he

does. I actually think he will be a Grand Slam winner at some stage. But

he was questioning Raonic's decision to employ somebody like Macenrow. He

questioned -- McEnroe. He questioned it, why do you want somebody like

John McEnroe on board. Milos knows how to hit the ball. That's silly.

That's not getting it yet. If he does, watch out. He's already beaten

Nadal at Wimbledon. It's a strange match. The crowd want

to get engaged. But there's not enough rallies. There's not much

spark out here to really get everybody going.

Break of serve here would probably help.

The player that everybody would like to see back is Grigor Dimitrov. Who

wouldn't want to see him start getting back to the top of the game.

He's just a joy to watch. Mentally there's the problem there.

Oh, hooked that one wide. That's a bad error. That's the beauty of this

sport, you can never put an age where players sometimes get it, you

know, get how this game is played. Sometimes it could be young.

Sometimes it could be mid-20s, even late 20s. You never know.

Oh, well left. Took an extra bit of time didn't he before he hit that

second serve, composing himself. Made the run to come into the net

behind his second serve. He doesn't do that very often. Good tactics

there. Another good approach shot. Credit

to Tomic here to get him back in. Perhaps Raonic at the beginning of

this game lost his concentration. He's been winning his serve so

easily. First time he's been in trouble.

He was on that serve as well. He read it.

Should have made that back. Only the seventh break point that

he's faced this week. All of them saved.

UMPIRE: Challenge on the call. The ball is called out. Tomic's made his

way to the other side. I think he thinks that he's been aced. And he

has. Easy after that kick serve. Saved a

break point in that game. A lovely leave at 15-30 as well.

Unfortunately, when you're returning the second serve from that far back

in the court, unhave to hit a clean -- you have to hit a clean winner.

He has no way to recover, to get back into the court.

That game was 51 seconds long. I mean, no wonder the crowd are a

little bit border. It has not been a great match, let's be Frank about

it. Whenever Milos Raonic plays, you get a certain type of match. Unless

he's playing against somebody super keen to break him down, super

mobile, like Murray tomorrow. It can look like this. Bernard Tomic, not

making excuses for him, he's done great to get to the semis. He's

injured, certainly, he's talked about it. What time is it? It's 4.

40pm, fair dos. It's not that bad! No, it's not that bad. I remember

the same thing here with a final Roddick-Karlovic. This is the

surface, though. This is grass. Sometimes you get great matches and

other times, well, they're soporific. I don't think that's a

liquid sleep either. That's a weekend sleep catching up.

I hope they know each other! She's going to get a surprise when she

wakes up. Someone's found the fire escape.

Steady. Got a mate up there on the roof now.

There may not be too much tennis left for them to watch.

That is probably a good thing. They're making me nervous.

Trying to finish this one off in a hurry.

Call stands. A dozen aces and two match points.

UMPIRE: Mr Tomic has two challenges remaining.

And that's that. Clubs the forehand away, the number three seed goes

through to the final in straight sets. He was as good as he needed to

be, against a below-par Bernard Tomic. Hope he's OK for Wimbledon.

What we have in the final at Queen's Club is not only Raonic versus Andy

Murray, but Ivan Lendl versus John McEnroe. That will be an interesting

subplot to say the least, what fun! Fun on a Sunday afternoon. Old foes

having a go at each other, without running around. Milos Raonic too

good today, too strong for an injured opponent. Still yet to drop

his serve. Just the one little drama on his delivery, but got through

very comfortably in the end. Right from the word go, when Verdasco

defeated Stanislas Wawrinka in the first round this looked like the

final, Murray versus Raonic. Not just because of the rankings, but

because of the way they've been playing. Andy Murray getting better

and better. He had to start quickly as well. Had to start quickly

against Mahut. He's come through today against Marin Cilic. Danielle,

Milos Raonic's girlfriend will be having a little glamour at the side

of the court. Tomorrow we hope for decent weather, that is the

forecast. Slightly warmer next week. The tournament director has done

well to get us to this point. Rain interrupted. But a final to savour.

Time for everybody, Milos Raonic. He seems very at peace at the moment.

Delivering his game in the manner in which he pleases. That will be

difficult against Murray, who can play a lot of difficult balls from

difficult positions. It will stretch him and move him around. If there's

half a chance to make him play a tough ball, he certainly will.

There's the big man making his way into the corner to the interview

position. He will chat with us after that straight sets victory. Just

over an hour played. No great drama to it. He'll be very pleased to have

got the job done so easily. Quite a sight, 6'5" and the enormous legs

and the serve as well, but such a gentle man. A considerate sports

star. Never a hair out of place. Could be a very, very good final.

They've played a couple of times this year already. Andy Murray has

won those particular contests. But he has lost to Raonic in the past.

It will be a good one. Raonic into the final and talking to John.

Many congratulations. How much does it mean to you to be in the final

here? Yeah, it's a great point to be here, to be able to return tomorrow

and play for something big. I look forward to that challenge. There's a

big one ahead of me. I feel like I'll do my best to get ready. You

won't just be playing Andy Murray of course, you will play the crowd. How

much is that an added incentive? Do you thrive in that environment?

They've been nice to me this week, but hopefully tomorrow as well. No,

but there's plenty of challenges you have to face, myself and Andy being

the primary and only ones. You mention that, of course, we, the

media and the public, will make a big deal about it being McEnroe

against Lendl, does that have any bearing on the outcome? No, I don't

know. I guess it's for you to talk about. It's not for me to worry

about. You played a fantastic match with Andy in the Australian Open, a

real dinning-dong battle, which from your point of view you came out on

the wrong side of, how much does that encourage you? I feel like I'm

getting back there and playing well. I've improved in each match this

week. Hopefully tomorrow I can take it another step forward and step up

for the occasion and take on the challenge as best I can. The best of

luck, perhaps not too much. Milos Raonic through to the final tomorrow

to play Andy Murray. STUDIO: He is looking ominously good

at the moment, Milos Raonic. Another wonderful serving display from the

tall Canadian. He is through to the final. What a treat that is, a

really exciting final against Andy Murray. John McEnroe will be

absolutely delighted. He's come on board to make him a little bit more

aggressive, to encourage him to come forward and volley more. He will be

delighted. A great start to their partnership. Raonic is through to

You've had your summer cut since then. I have indeed! Really love.

Thank you very much. Doesn't it just get you in the mood. So many great

matches, watching the great champions again, knowing it's a week

on Monday. I love so many elements of that tournament. Obviously you

look back on Andy Murray winning in that final game against Djokovic,

the best I could come up with is "The waiting is over!" Well it was!

That whole game was 12 or 13 minutes long. That was the last slam he won.

I like watching every element of it. Hingis in the doubles. The juniors

in the second week. You watch them and some of them go bonkers. Jamie

Murray. Of course, as well. He'll be at the top of the draw. So many

elements. I can't wait for this. Absolutely. You've got to say, John,

after that performance of Milos Raonic that he's certainly in the

mix now. He's playing well. Johnny Mac said he was in his top six or

serve. How can you disagree with that. He hasn't been broken yet,

that might change tomorrow. He's more aggressive now. He's trying to

do the simple things but better and be more aggressive. He's not trying

to become a touch player. That's not going to happen. He was caught a

couple of times on the half-volley, but that's not his game. Impose

yourself. Come in when you get the chance and just say, try and pass

me. I'm 6'5", I have a big wing span, big serve, I will force the

action. He's doing a good job so far. Let's show some points that

John McEnroe will be delighted about. He's wanted his player to

take the ball early, to come in and do that. He's a good volleyer. He's

a good volleyer, especially after an approach like that, deep and hard.

When he's inside the baseline and his opponent behind, he's happy to

come in. That's a genuine chip and charge. That was some pretty nice

touch as well. That's when he got the break in the second set. These

things will please John, you're right. This is the way that Raonic

will do his best on the grass. There's no doubt about that. Even

though, at times, he looks a little uncomfortable. That wasn't quite a

great volley. Any part of the racquet will do. He can use any bit

of it. Great approach. It's all about that. It will be interesting

to do the stats from the last, before McEnroe came in, on grass, to

see how many more times he's approaching the net during this week

than in previous weeks in the calendar year. I bet it's gone up

substantially in the last two, three weeks. You've got to say it's going

to be very different tomorrow. Andy Murray, he loves to take on the big

servers. He's got a great record against the likes of Karlovic,

Isner. Milos Raonic, he's lost to three times and beaten him five

times. This year he's had the better of him. That's interesting. He likes

those guys. Kevin Anderson. Look, nobody's got hands, well Novak does

- nobody's got hands on the return like Andy. He sees it. He's happy to

take it on. Like a goalkeeper trying to save a penalty. He considers it a

challenge. He plays the rally on his terms. He can control where he puts

the ball. Control the ball and you control your opponent. Andy's

brilliant at it. We have the contrast we're looking for. That

match, that semifinal was a bit boring. There we go. It wasn't the

first semifinal, was it? Murray against Cilic. That was very good.

Murray played well. Followed the same pattern of Edmund a bit, split,

one set each, then he really raised his game.

That is why he is such a great player, he has the ability when

there is a threat there. Put on the afterburners and snuffs it out. He

starts to serve better, put more pressure, somehow, he sticks it

back. I love it when he is doing that on the second serve return. He

may not get time tomorrow. But I love that as part of his game. He is

a threat, he is coming at you. He is seen it like a balloon. He is having

a good time playing and when he does that big split set, he takes it,

split, buying, who wants to play against that? Andy Murray is much

better than everyone else here. I think he is a lot better than Stan

Wawrinka as well. Andy Murray is the class of the game right now with

Novak Djokovic. That was two hours out there and that was a long match,

he would have played himself in. It has been a perfect week, he got

through some difficult matches, today was a fabulous play against

one of the world's best on grass and when he needed to, you could see

there is a gap between him and Marin Cilic. It has been a perfect week

for Andy Murray and I agree with what Andrew said, the serve with

Raonic, it happened with Jimmy Connors, Leighton Hewitt, they loved

going up against the big servers, it was almost a challenge. Going up

against these humongous servers, they want to put them up against

that and show they can come through. I think he will love that. He will

be playing Raonic tomorrow but the man he has in his sights is Novak

Djokovic, he has just won the French Open. Let us hear what the players

think about Novak Djokovic. Currently, if you want to win one of

the major events, you need to get through Novak Djokovic,

realistically. Those are the matches you want to be winning. You have to

beat the best players to win the biggest events. To win that many

Grand Slams at his age is unbelievable. It shows for the rest

of us, that we have to work and we have to get better and better. At

the moment he is the guy at the top and we have to pass him somehow. It

is amazing, it is amazing the way he is winning, almost everything, if

you look at the past 12 months, the only match he lost was the final, he

law -- he won all the others. He is pushing the game. He is trying to be

better. For me, it is great to see that. What he has achieved is pretty

extraordinary. He has all the four Grand Slams at the moment, it is

pretty crazy, all the winning streaks, all the length of time, it

is incredible, especially in a sport like this where it is impossible to

back up every week. Peter seems to do it I think Novak Djokovic and his

determination is up there as one of his greatest attributes and I think

he allocated his energies in a very efficient way. He has found a rhythm

and sort of a pattern of training that works for him. He has gotten to

know himself really well and knows how important it is for him, what he

puts in his body, he is the most mobile and flexible guy on the court

and has the best defence. He has improved in so many different

aspects, he has more -- one of the more accurate serves. I think that

is why he has done so well on grass. He has kept trying to improve and

keeps testing himself. His movement, you can see it, it is very good. He

is always in position to head the ball, he is very quick around the

court, especially at the back moving from side to side. A lot of balls,

head on the challenges would be ultimately winners, but it takes

four or five of them to get past him and you really have to hit it close

to the line. He is riding on confidence. He came out of the

tournament knowing that he is number one, of course, you carry a certain

amount of pressure, but the pressure helps you and propels you to play

better tennis. He knows, he has been there and done that and he relives

every moment, it is pretty unbelievable. His commitment and

dedication every day, you look at him, he is not bigger than anyone or

anything like that, he puts so much work into his career, he is a great

athlete, moves extraordinarily well, it does not really have a weakness

and he enjoys it and I feel as if he is in the prime of his career. Novak

Djokovic is the number one player in the world, it is maybe not as

shocking when he wins a major event but to win all four is so rare, I do

not think that will happen for a very long time. Novak Djokovic in

Australia, he won against Roger in the semis, he beat me in the final,

the results he has had have been so consistent and like I said, on the

court after the match, it is something we are rarely going to see

again. Credit to him for doing that. We were talking yesterday about the

drive he has covered the will to win, he just will not lose. No, he

just wants to break records now and he is meticulous, he does everything

to make that happen. There is not one thing he does not work on and he

is not satisfied, that is the most amazing thing. Who knows how long

this hunger will stay? It will be difficult for anyone to get him off

his throne. There is no weakness in his game. The worst part is his

overhead! There is no future in that. I think 29-macro was

interesting. Why would you not be having the time of your life -- qui

guard Dermot Weld. -- Grigor Dimitrov. He is the boss right now.

Nick Kyrgios is talking about the dedication, respond now or will be

too late, it might be too late for Grigor Dimitrov to come back and be

a part of that top echelon, I hope not, but all I know is that Novak

Djokovic is sitting there saying, they are talking about me! He will

like it. The news today is that the 19-year-old from Germany has beaten

Roger Federer. That was a big upset. That is it from us, thank you to

defending champion Andy Murray who is taking on Milos Raonic, the
