Oh, I'm so sorry, Chris. I'm sorry, CBeebies Prommers,

but this is Mr William Shakespeare's first time here

at the Royal Albert Hall.

And it's making my hair stand on end.

Imagine putting on one of my plays here! Ha-ha!

That would be amazing, but right now we all have to decide

where we're going to go on today's musical journey.

So, what do you think, Mr Bloom?

Well, Gem, personally, I'd like to go for a walk in the countryside.

Oh, yes, and I'd like to set sail across the sea to a tropical island.

Cat and I would love to go flying in an aeroplane.

Rebecca and I could fly anywhere in the world.

Oh, well, Mr Shakespeare and I are still undecided on where to go.

I want to go back in time to see the dinosaurs - rrragh!

This is the short and the long of it -

I want to go journeying like those in my play,

travelling to Italy with Romeo and Juliet, or wandering through

the magical fairy woods with the King and Queen of the fairies.

I have an idea - we don't need to decide on just one journey,

we can go anywhere with music, and you can come too!

Because we don't have the orchestra to play the music, Gem,

and we don't have Jessica, our conductor.

You know what? You're just in time.

I've been looking everywhere backstage

but I can only find this lot.

We need the whole orchestra to play our musical journey.

And so far, all we have are the flutes...

And clarinets.

Yeah, but we need the whole orchestra.

We've got some violins, but what about the cellos,

the percussion, the trumpets and the rest of our musical friends?

So what are we going to do?

Let's make a start and let's hope all the other musicians

turn up when they start hearing the music.

Come, my friends, it's high time we found the rest of the orchestra.

or maybe a nice grassy field with some butterflies flapping about.

I mean, come on, there's loads of things we could see.

So, are you lot ready to come on a journey with all of us?

We're walking through the lovely countryside, going through

some very swishy grass, and maybe we could get some swishy help

from our string friends, Jessica.

Yeah, it was written by a very famous composer

a long time ago who liked to go for a walk in the countryside

every day, even if it was raining.

he would have liked it on my allotment and all.

has been training the trumpets to keep us all in order on board.

OK, then, me hearties, then let's meet the Sea Hawks,

a band of pirates who sailed on a ship just like the Scarlet Squid.

Get ready to ride the waves with the violins, to climb the rigging there

with the drums and to set sail with The Sea Hawk by Erich Korngold.

A walk in the countryside, listening to the birds singing,

and a swashbuckling adventure on a pirate ship.

Orkney is a big group of islands at the north of Scotland

where the composer of our next piece lived.

Peter Maxwell Davies loved living on the islands,

and he loved writing music about every part of Orkney,

from Sanday at the top to Hoy at the bottom,

and he loved writing about all the people who lived there.

We're flying to Orkney right now for a very special party - a wedding.

Wedding parties on the islands can last all night,

and sometimes, at sunrise, you can hear the bagpipes.

I wonder if we'll hear the bagpipes at today's party?
