Welcome to Copycats,

the game show where copying is not only good but it's how you win.

It's all very simple. Two teams go head-to-head.

You copy well, you get points.

If your team gets the most points, then you are through

to the final challenge,

-the world famous Copycats Ball Room.

-Oh, yeah!

Beat that Ball Room and you will win the most special, splendiferous,

spectacular prize on television.

Basically, it's a really good Copycats trophy.

-AUDIENCE:

-Wooo!

Oh, it's a glorious thing, that.

-Splendiferous, mate, splendiferous.

-I don't even know what that means.

But, as with all good things, you have to work hard to win it.

So, let's meet the teams trying to get their hands

on that splendiferous trophy.

-Right, over here. Sereece, team captain, how are you?

-I'm good.

Excellent. It's lovely to have you.

Would you like to introduce the rest of the gang?

OK. So this is Mia and I know her from dance.

This is Alisiya and I know her from dance.

This is Shez, apparently a world-class dance teacher.

Apparently? Ooh! THEY CHUCKLE

This is Tonye, who I know from dance.

And this is Amisha, who I know from a dance mother.

Excellent. Nice. Lot of dancing going on then. We like that.

Over here, we've got Alexia's team.

-Alexia, team captain, how are you doing? You all right?

-Amazing!

Amazing! Would you like to introduce the rest of your team?

This is Holly. I know her from my acting school.

This is Ethan, I know him from my acting school.

This is my auntie Rachel. That's my mum. And this is Ferne.

Hi, guys.

So, we've got dancers over there, actors over here,

-we're going to have a great show, aren't we?

-ALL:

-Yes!

It's going to be brilliant. Well, best of luck.

Give it up for Alexia's team, everyone.

Well, it looks like our teams are ready to start copying.

As with every game of Copycats,

our teams will take turns to copy pictures, actions,

hit music, famous people or maybe even sound effects.

And don't forget there's a big pile of points that both teams can get

their hands on when they tackle the immense Copycats Challenge later on.

Before the show, our team captains were going to have

a cake baking competition to decide who went first.

But, then, I realised that he just wanted to do that

so he could eat all the cake.

-So, we tossed a coin instead.

-Oh, what? I love cake.

Well, anyway, Alexia's team won the toss and will be going first.

So, let's play Copycats.

OK, Alexia's team,

you'll need to channel your inner artist and show off your sketching

skills for this game, cos it's time to play Quick On The Draw.

Holly, you're going to pick one of these three cards.

You then are going to have 10 seconds to copy whatever is

on that card for the player next to you, which is Ferne,

and then so on and so on down the line.

There is a maximum of 50 points up for grabs in this round.

But you will lose 10 of those points for every incorrect answer.

Look at everybody stepping out the booths, having a look.

It was a difficult one.

But, unfortunately, that does mean at the end of Quick On The Draw,

you don't get any points. But give them a round of applause.

There's still a long way to go.

So, after Quick On The Draw, can Sereece's team still catch

the winning bug or are Alexia's team sailing to victory?

Let's take a look at the scores. Mr D, what could they be?

Alexia, as team captain,

you now need to pick two people

to face the awesome Copycats Challenge.

But before you do, let's take a look at what the challenge actually is.

Mr D, what could it be?

'The Towers.

'Two players must stack six cubes of different colours and sizes

'by copying the order shown on the screen.

'Cubes must be stacked in the building zones

'and 30 points are scored for every tower

'that stays standing for two seconds.

'Good luck!'

Yep, it's Towers time. OK.

So, your team captain, Alexia, has chosen Kirsty and Holly to play.

'So, six cubes of different colours and sizes.

'They have to arrange them into towers matching the order

'shown on the screen.

'Holly, Alexia's friend,

'and Kirsty, Alexia's mum, doing the stacking.

'And they're doing very well at the moment. This is very quick.

'Stay clear of it!

'Stands for two seconds, that's good.

'That's all we ask. First tower under their belts.

'We move across now to the other side.

'Balance is the big problem

'when some of the bigger cubes are nearer the top of the tower.'

-'Here we go. Come on.

-'Get a move on. Under a minute now.'

-That's good, really good!

'Checking the colours on the screen. There's the big orange cube.'

Yeah, that's it.

'Make sure that balances properly. There we are. Stand clear.

'Their third tower, if we can do it.

It's Towers time and I see that team captain, Sereece,

you've chosen yourself and Tonye to take on this challenge.

'So, Sereece and Tonye make a dash for those cubes.
