In most sports, there is one player chosen to be team captain.

And today, that's exactly what we're going to be looking at.

In football, who knows what a captain does?

Fantastic! The captain is the leader of the team when on the pitch

and they're the player that can influence the game

and lead the team to a win. There are three main things to remember

if you're chosen to be captain. Talk to your team,

support them and lead them.

I've split you into pairs

and made one of each pair the team captain

by giving them the captain's armband.

Captains, lead your teams through the obstacles

but the tricky thing is your team-mate's going to be blindfolded

so you need to lead them by giving them nice, clear instructions.

Amanya, pop your blindfold down. OK, Rowan. Lead her off.

To play this game, you'll need to lead your team across an ocean.

When the whistle blows, the captain must lead their team

from one side to the other. One team can use stepping stones,

the other must walk along a rope. They must work as a team

to get all three players to the other side first.

Once all team-mates have made it across,

they can take a shot at goal.

The winners of this game are the team who all score first.
