The biggest audience I've ever performed in front of

was at the NEC in Birmingham.

I know this sounds crazy, but it didn't faze me at all.

I think it's about being in the right frame of mind.

If you're happy with what you're creating and you're proud of it,

Bethan taught us that you shouldn't really give up,

because if you're going to get one negative comment,

there's going to be so many other positive ones.

So you have to just block out the haters and be yourself.

Basically, each of us has mixed loads of foods together

Kellimarie and Evan are going really wacky

with the two-for-one challenge.

It's a new day and it's all down to the mums to win

that final sing-off spot in their physical challenge.

We've got a message from Lauren.

The ambition of any young singer

is to one day have their song at number one.

But climbing the charts isn't easy.

And once you get to the top, you really don't want to drop.

A bit like today's challenge. I'm so sorry, mums.

-Oh, no.

-They said get to the top. It's climbing high.

I can't do it if it's heights.

Unfortunately, the mums have guessed right.

In this extreme climbing challenge,

they must conquer a fearsome 13-metre pole,

collecting a silver, gold and platinum disc along the way.

Once on top of the tiny platform, to complete the challenge,

they must make a terrifying leap for the trapeze.

The mum who collects all three vinyls

and makes the jump in the fastest time wins.

-Can you imagine doing that?

Look how high it is.

I really don't want to do it.

I'm so nervous right now.

I once went to the top of a lighthouse

and someone had to literally carry me down.

Overseeing the challenge, as always, is games guru Kevin Adams.

I'll be honest - this challenge really fills me with fear.

Who's feeling the most nervous?

I would say, looking at faces, it would be you, Lou.

I'm scared of heights too, so I know exactly how you feel.

First to face her fear is Julia,

who's desperate to win for daughter Erin.

Erin hasn't been in a sing-off at all yet,

she's the only one out of all the children.

It's the worst thing I've ever had on in my life.

It was absolutely terrifying.

Despite her slip from the trapeze,

She's hoping for another win after success in the last challenge.

As long as I don't look down, then my legs won't start shaking.

Final stage, just throwing your leg over. One leg's over.

She's got the disc.

Steph has made short work of the climb,

but what about the leap?

As soon as your feet leave the platform, the time will stop.

She's made it safely onto the trapeze.

But there's a problem.

Next, it's another mum with a fear of heights - Ellie's mum Lou.

I'm not exaggerating, but I really am absolutely petrified of heights.

But I'm doing this for Ellie.

-Ellie, do you think your mum is going to do well?

-No.

-Why?

She's terrified of heights. She's probably going to faint.

This is great, Lou.

You've got the silver disc, well done.

Yeah, nearly there.

You're going to be so proud of yourself when you see this.

Despite her phobia, Lou quickly makes it onto the platform,

but will she jump?

Lou has overcome her fear of heights.

I got to the platform and I just thought, "I can't look down",

and my knees were really, really shaking.

But with a time of 2 minutes and 25 seconds,

it's not quick enough.

Steph is still in the lead.

Last up is Luka's mum, Valerie,

who is the only one to have a win over Olympian Steph.

I was so pleased that I beat Stephanie in the Muddy Mayhem,

it came as a real surprise to me, it was great.

Valerie has completed the challenge in a super-quick time.

My heart was going fast and I thought I was going to pass out.

She impressed at the auditions with her song-writing skills.

Ever since I was young, I've been watching my mum perform at gigs.

And I think it was something I always wanted to do.

One of my strengths is I can take a song and make it my own.

It will turn into my type of style at the end of it.
