I think the other thing that's tricky about this

If you want to build a reputation as a true performer,

you can't just rely on outstanding vocals.

You might also have to do something

that doesn't come naturally to everyone.

In today's challenge, two of Strictly Come Dancing's

biggest stars will be putting you through your paces.

Judging today's challenge are two dancers

that really know their moves.

At just 22 years old, AJ and Chloe are the youngest ever

professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing.

And these Latin and ballroom champions are going to show our gang

how it's done.

I can't do that.

I can't move that fast.

So, how long do you, like, rehearse and train for daily?

We train roughly between five to six hours a day.

-Every single day?

-Every single day. No weekends.

They work so hard. Like, I'm lazy. I sit on my couch at home, eating.

Oh, I just don't know how they do it.

I would've thought they'd at least have a break on weekends,

but...guess not.

It is a lot of blood, sweat and tears

but the titles that we now have to our name

and the career that we've had, it all makes it worthwhile.

How important is it to dance as a musician?

It's so important, you're obviously feeling that rhythm,

being able to go onto a stage and just sell your product

and being able to dance just really helps along with the confidence.

My dad says I've always had two left feet

and I've never really took to dancing on stage because of that.

But not all dancing is the same

and this dancing is definitely not ballroom.

And this is what you're going to be learning.

This iconic dance video for Justin Bieber's number one song

is one of the most viewed ever, with 2.7 billion hits to date.

That's like a really well-known dance so I was a bit scared

because it looks really difficult.

Never taken a dance lesson in my life and I absolutely hate it,

but I'm still going to give it a go.

By the end of this, you'll feel free and you'll be able to dance.

And, today, guys, we are looking for rhythm, commitment

and technique, OK? So, no pressure.

So the kids' industry challenge this week is to recreate

one of the most popular dance videos in modern pop history.

One and two and...

To start the guys off, AJ and Chloe teach them the basic steps.

I am enjoying it. It's really hard, though.

Like, remembering what move's going to come next.

I've been kind of watching everybody

and doing what they've been doing so far.

And seven and eight.

It's like, "Mm-mm, sassy", and that's like me.

For Jeremiah, this challenge could be his chance

to perform his song at the sing-off.

I think I can win this challenge today.

I can do it and, like, it's not that hard.

One and two...

And Shaun, who taught himself to dance...

..sees this as a golden opportunity.

I'm really committed, I'm so determined

and I really want to win this challenge

because I haven't been in the sing-off yet.

From the beginning, we'll tie all that together and then that is it.

They're throwing themselves right in the deep end

but they are really working so hard.

They're going to be great. They're going to be great.

But for one member of the group,

it's all turning into a bit of a nightmare.

I know what I want to do but my body just doesn't do it,

if you know what I mean.

Oh, I just can't do it and I'm trying so hard

and it's just not working. It's just not sinking in.

It's really frustrating but I have to try and keep calm

and, cos I'm trying to keep calm, I just cried.

So, what's up?

I just... It's just not working. I just can't do it.

I think you just need a little bit more practice

and then you'll be happy and smiling in a second.

With one of the best dancers in the country at her side,

but it's OK cos you can see that she's trying.

She's enjoying it now and the team are helping her

so it's really... It's good to see them supporting each other.

It's not always the best dancer. It's that commitment,

the kids that are trying, they want to improve.

But now the group has got on top of the routine,

AJ has one more challenge for them.

You need your own signature move at the end of the routine.

The kids haven't got long to work on their signature moves

and to make matters worse, a few gate-crashers have arrived...

Well, that was three amazing, very different performances,

but now you guys have to decide who this week's winner is.

It's time to vote.

The mums must now vote for the person they think deserves

to win the sing-off.

Fantastic performances but because it was an emotional ballad

type of song, I felt like there was a heaviness to the atmosphere.

You all did really, really well,

but there can only be one winner.

And the winner of this sing-off is...

I worked really hard for that.

I think Jeremiah totally deserved to win the third sing-off.

I think his voice was really, really good.

Yeah, it was my song and I really wanted to do well,

so I'm really happy.

Well, at this point, we have three very different singers

that have won the sing-offs.

But I do feel that Rio is the one to watch.
