Dusting and Cleaning Little Prairie Dogs

Beneath the American prairies, deep underground,

the Little Prairie Dogs are stirring.

Come on, Little Prairie Dogs, wake up!

It's time to tell a story of life on the prairies.

Eek-eek.

This morning, all across the prairie,

the animals are cleaning and tidying.

There's been a big storm and dust has been blown everywhere.

Brothers, Snow and Ashki, watch as their mum

cleans up after the bad weather.

She's very house proud and her burrows are full of dust and dirt.

It looks like a day of cleaning and tidying for Snow and Ashki too.

They've been asked to tidy their bedroom and they're not very happy!

I don't like tidying my room.

Why did the storm have to come through our town?

I want to be out playing like the bison over there.

You heard Mum.

If we get the tidying done, we can go out and play.

The quicker we start, the quicker we'll finish.

-Come on, Snow.

But prairie dog bedrooms have a lot of ways in...

And I'm getting all dirty. Whoops!

The bison are getting closer.

And Mum is very pleased with all their hard work.

Snow and Ashki can finally get out to play before the sun goes down.
