At eight o'clock, I arrived at work to find a pink envelope on the desk.

At nine o'clock, Tina visited.

She was surprised that the buses

weren't doing anything for Give A Wave Day, but she brought me Wally.

At ten o'clock, Mickey John brought me a badge for Give A Wave Day

and asked if the buses were doing anything.

At 4am, Raymond called in on his way to work.

He brought me one of the stickers they'd decorated the trains with.

I told him, as far as I knew, the buses were doing nothing.

At six o'clock, I found a box in my bothy full of waving hands

to put on the buses for Give A Wave Day.

But nobody had told me, not even the grumpy Inspector.
