Time I was setting off to pick up Bobby at the Cathedral Hall.

Where did the time go?

At eight o'clock, I went to Granny Murray's to drop off Lisa.

It was raining, so while the children dressed Claude in wet-weather gear,

I suggested Granny Murray come and watch Bobby's gymnastics display,

where I would be performing my scarf dance.

At nine o'clock, I arrived at work.

Bobby dropped by to ask if I'd take her to the gymnastic display.

At 11 o'clock, Raymond came to wish me good luck,

and to give me a lovely card.

At two o'clock, Dr Juno arrived,

with the scarves Granny Murray and Lisa had chosen.

We did a little scarf dance,

and I invited Dr Juno to join me at the opening of the gymnastic display.

At three o'clock, I picked up Bobby from the cathedral hall.

She'd been standing in the rain, and was wet through.

We got stuck in a traffic jam,

and not only were we going to be late for the gymnastics,

Bobby's hair needed fixing.

Now, remember.

Claude was dressed in his wet-weather gear,

because it kept raining.

We went shopping for some floaty scarves for Tina's dance.

They were all so lovely, we didn't know which ones to choose.

Dr Juno offered to take four scarves over to Tina.

The rain kept falling, and on our way to the display,

we got stuck in a traffic jam.

Lisa cheered me up with her "Now you see me, now you don't" game.

Everyone arrived at the sports centre,

but imagine our surprise when we saw Dr Juno

performing the scarf dance with Tina. They were very entertaining.

And so was Bobby, and her Bobbettes gymnastic display.

We all had such a wonderful time.
