A boat is used as a way of travelling on water.

There are lots of different types of boats -

from sailboats to speedboats,

houseboats that people live on

to large cruise ships that you could go on holiday.

Small boats often go on lakes and stay close to the shore,

while big boats often sail on the sea.

is a pair of binoculars.

Adam and his mum and dad are ready to take to the sea.

We are just going on a boat trip.

He is going to stop off at the Inner Farne,

which is a small island, and go exploring.

and swimming in the sea.

The third thing to go in the memory box is a sea bird.

I think it's going to that island.

and he's found an old church.
