-We had to beat the Irish twice

-the Pro 12 trophy into school.

-lead to big things for me.

-of what I am and what I do.

-I receive a lot of emails.

-Without social media,

-I'd have to get a proper job!

-Social media is important in the

-lives of many people these days.

-I'm responsible for the social media

-of Heno and Prynhawn Da.

-We upload short clips on Facebook

-and YouTube.

-We use Instagram

-as our images platform.

-Twitter is used when we want

-something more immediate.

-I spend about six to seven hours

-I've always got my phone on me

-and am constantly checking it.

-I use it first thing in the morning

-and the last thing at night.

-If I'm not doing anything specific,

-I'll be on my phone.

-It's on our fingertips so is instant

-know everyone's whereabouts.

-People tag themselves at restaurants

-and the cinema.

-BryBeQue Sauce is a huge success

-in food markets across the country.

-One of the faces behind it all is

-You can probably guess that I'm

-going to discuss the US Elections.

-DJ Bry is more than just a presenter

-but is an entrepreneur.

-You might have seen him advertising

-his produce on S4C.

-But what is this sauce?

-He's joined the likes of Levi Roots

-and created his own barbecue sauce.

-for a few months with college...

-..and discovered real, homemade

-barbecue sauce and was mad for it!

-I came home and couldn't find

-recipes to cook and succeeded.

-and wanted a bottle.

-I didn't give it away but sold it

-to them as mates rates don't exist!

-Huw's face is on the bottle

-but it all relies on teamwork.

-I do most of the work

-but Huw won't like me saying that.

-She keeps of bowl from every batch

-for me to sample.

-We only sell items when I'm happy

-but Gwennan does a lot of cooking.

-I prefer to be by myself as I always

-end up cleaning up after him.

-Where do you keep

-all the ingredients and bottles?

-I like to save money

-and do that through buying in bulk.

-I don't buy a few hundred bottles

-but a thousand at a time!

-Those are kept at home

-with my mother, Joan.

-They are kept under lock and key

-in her garage so you can't get in.

-two new sauces which I had to try!

-jazz club where I saw Count Basie.

-It was the start of a new life and

-I loved it.

-Later, I went on to paint this image

-and this is important to me.

-This shows women's pain during

-the war as her face is masked.

-Women from other countries have told

-me that they see the point of it.

-In the corner, there's the 1980s and

-I didn't expect to see Cleopatra.

-No, I'm sure you didn't expect that.

-Cleopatra has travelled with me

-from London.

-I've brought two pieces

-of work with me.

-The first is the sleeve of Cleopatra

-in the style of Gustav Klimt.

-The second shows a costume I made

-for Kate in The Taming of the Shrew.

-I love seeing images

-of the Welsh mountains.

-This is the third period.

-This is the 1990s and the view

-of Borth y Gest from the sea.

-The Snowdonia mountains and others

-are all together in this image.

-The purple colour shows the quarries

-that were around us.
