-Tomorrow sees the climax

-of S4C's Month of Legends...

-..as we reveal the name of the dog

-that has won our Gelert competition.

-First, we need to meet the tenth

-and final dog on the shortlist.

-This is the incredible and exciting

-story of Max from Llangrannog.

-Max is a cockapoo who is a year old

-and he helped to save my life.

-I run every day and it made sense

-to go running with Max...

-..and that has created

-a strong bond between us.

-I was running along the public path

-near Penbryn Beach.

-As I opened the gate near the beach,

-something bit me on the arm.

-I thought it was a horsefly

-so just carried on.

-Literally two minutes later...

-..my heart was pounding

-and I felt sick and light-headed...

-..so I decided

-to lie down on the spot.

-I thought about calling

-the emergency services or my friend.

-Chris phoned me and was struggling

-to breathe and couldn't speak.

-He told me to find him and call an

-ambulance as he was going to die.

-I was impressed as he was young and

-stayed with me and didn't run away.

-He was scratching my head too.

-I ran around a random field and

-saw a black head in the distance.

-I ran over and it was Max

-who was sitting on Chris.

-I wouldn't have seen Chris

-if it wasn't for Max.

-A few things that day

-saved Chris' life.

-We're a close-knit community

-and spread the world quickly.

-The ambulance arrived from

-Aberystwyth in about 30 minutes.

-The biggest thing was Max and Chris

-wouldn't be here if not for Max.

-Someone's looking after him

-but Max was our hero that day.

-Max is faithful, great company

-and I couldn't ask for a better dog.

-S4C wants to find the new Gelert and

-I think he's with me in Llangrannog.

-Aww!

-That's an incredible story.

-Yes, I do.

-many questions about my farm.

-One of them is called Scott.

-Mari is a very busy mother-of-two.

-Betsan and Iwan are

-three and ten months old.

-I decided to write this book...

-..because I didn't find anything

-for first-time mothers.

-I got to talk to a lot of mothers.

-Bren Babi is a collection

-of diverse stories...

-..that are written by mothers.

-The mothers share their experiences,

-fears and aspirations...

-..in terms of raising

-their children.

-This books isn't just a few

-stories and pictures...

-..but it's a very thick book.

-It covers a lot of topics.

-It's going to be a real eye-opener.

-I'm glad I wrote it when I did...

-..because a lot of the ladies forgot

-about some of their emotions.

-Bren Babi is a great book

-for prospective parents.

-It's also for people with

-children and husbands.

-This book is written by the ladies.

-The authors remain anonymous.

-You also have a rap too.

-My friend, Ffion and I

-were off on maternity leave.

-We're also fans of rap songs.

-We thought we'd do it.

-It isn't about hating

-being a mother.

-It's just looking at the life

-of a mother in a fun way.

-This is like a scrap book.

-I think those who wrote the songs

-A lot of the influence can be heard

-From the first note we know it's

-them, due to the special sound.

-Every song is positive and it's

-vital in the way they influence us.

-When we hear them, we feel good and

-that's the purpose of a good song.

-Combine the songs with the outfits,

-dance moves and members...

-..that is responsible for creating

-the perfect band.

-They were different as their music

-was young, full of energy...

-..and their outfits reflected that

-fun side.

-Their clothes were certainly on

-trend and fashionable at the time.

-They wore clothes that would reflect

-They were where we aimed to be,

-through the medium of Welsh.

-to compare ourselves with them.

-I think we can say that we were

-just as good as them.

-Arwel, Rhydian, Trystan and myself

-could sing and dance.

-If they could do it,

-why couldn't we?

-It was an unforgettable experience

-that I tell my daughters about.

-I hope they'll continue

-for the next 20 years.
