-How well should the meat be cooked?

-It's all about personal taste.

-I like the leg to be quite pink.

-I'm using an array of mushrooms

-There's also chestnut mushrooms.

-I've also got the Portobello

-and shiitake mushrooms.

-all in the supermarkets...

-..or any greengrocer.

-in flavour between them.

-They do differ in flavour.

-The texture also differs.

-The shiitake has a very different

-..to the other mushrooms.

-Mushrooms only take a matter of

-minutes.

-They can be slimy

-if you cook them for too long.

-A lot of young people

-don't like mushrooms...

-..but they grow to like them.

-This is a simple recipe

-to add to the mushrooms.

-I've also browned some pine nuts.

-These were browned in a dry pan.

-They have just been warmed through.

-I've got some mashed potatoes...

-with salt and pepper and butter.

-The dill goes into the potatoes.

-It's a wonderful location,

-out-of-town and easy parking.

-It soothes the soul when gazing at

-the fields, trees, land and animals.

-It's a pleasure coming here

-rather than going into town.

-I like the products she uses

-for her manicures and facials.

-They seem to work for me.

-I offer manicures, pedicures,

-waxing, massage and hot stones.

-but my main treatment is facials.

-before getting pregnant.

-Everything was clear.

-We had several rounds

-of clomiphene.

-We went through two rounds of IVF

-at Neath Port Talbot.

-I got pregnant seven years ago

-but lost the baby.

-At 20 weeks, I was diagnosed

-with a low-lying placenta.

-I had Placenta Previa.

-I also had Vasa Previa.

-It's a rare condition.

-Only one in 2,000 get it.

-condition in Withybush Hospital.

-It's fatal if left undiagnosed.

-Thank goodness it was diagnosed.

-the midwives and staff were great.
