-Music in Hospitals is a charity.

-It was established in Wales

-a few years ago.

-I've travelled to North Wales

-and have been to England...

-..to perform live music

-in hospitals.

-..are unable to see you again.

-Everyone in the elderly homes

-enjoy and are jovial.

-It's a special time for them as they

-all come together and socialize.

-Some of them enjoy singing along.

-They know every song.

-I tend to sing the old favourites

-like Ar Lan Y Mor.

-I went to a concert at Ty Hafan

-in Sully yesterday.

-There was only one child there

-so it was quite quiet.

-I also went to a recent concert

-at a care home...

-..where Heather was performing.

-Heather has been doing this

-for 20 years.

-Yes, and there are only three of us

-in the office in Cardiff.

-We are appealing for more musicians

-We need musicians

-who will volunteer.

-are not for the faint-hearted.

-There are recipes using fish skin

-and a potato peel soup.

-The fish skin is fried

-and added to a sandwich with bacon.

-It's a book that recognizes

-the current financial climate.

-for your leftovers at Christmas.

-You can do an array of things

-with your turkey or sprouts.

-I wanted to show you what I made

-Simply Nigella is the only book

-from my selection by a woman.

-has been staunchly criticized...

-contains 125 recipes...

-..but many recipes are very simple,

-such as a jacket potato!

-I think it's too simple.

-the sheen of her previous books.
