Hello and welcome to the Got What It Takes? grand final.

For the last ten weeks, our eight talented young singers have

been going head to head in the battle for the ultimate gig -

a spot performing at Radio One's Big Weekend.

It's an amazing opportunity,

but only one of them can walk away with the prize.

But who is it going to be?

After eight amazing sing-offs,

it was Rai-Elle who won the automatic spot here in the final.

But, for the other seven, it wasn't so easy.

I think just meeting people who're interested in the same thing.

It's really good,

because not many people I know are interested in music.

I think it's actually made me more determined.

Our first judge is a former member of one of the UK's biggest

boy bands, JLS, who reached worldwide success,

selling more than ten million records.

I've heard some very good things about all of the contestants.

I know they all have great voices,

so I want to see how they put it all together and how they use the stage.

Our next judge is someone who has worked with everyone

from the Rolling Stones and U2 to One Direction and Little Mix.

It's music PR executive and plugger, Jaqui Quaife.

What are you looking for today?

I'm looking for that something extra-special,

-that stage presence, that twinkle in the eye.

including the Big Weekend - Neil Wyatt.

on the Introducing stage at Radio 1's Big Weekend.

How big of a deal is that?

Well, Introducing has given a number of huge artists

their first break with the BBC

cos they'll be following in the footsteps

of people like Florence + The Machine

who has gone on to headline Glastonbury

as one of the biggest artists in the world.

Absolutely amazing!

It was really good cos I think, sometimes, like in the eight
