so that's why I chose it.

My first tip is to get your personality across.

So be chatty, be funny and if you can make Nick laugh,

then you're definitely on to a winner.

My second piece of advice - when you're famous,

you might get asked some tricky questions,

but you don't have to answer those tricky questions.

You just need to make sure that you don't sit in silence.

And finally, my last point is to be prepared.

If you're known as being a singer

then, of course, they're going to want to hear you sing.

It kind of gave us a feel of what the music industry's like.

I think I've learned not to go into too much detail, because

you don't want the public knowing too much about us.

But what advice would the pros give?

There's sometimes negative stories in the press.

Stuff that's written about you that's not true.

Not all criticism and advice is going to be,

you know, of a positive nature.

It's about making sure

you're surrounded by the right kind of people.

Yeah, I mean, whatever people write about you,

as long as your friends and family know it's not true,

that's all that matters.

It's decision time.

Nick and Nadia must now pick the two that won them over.

-That was much better than I thought it'd be.

I don't think I stand out enough,

I think we had such little time with them,

It's a new day and the pressure's back on the mums

in the second physical challenge.

but if the weather's bad, festivals can get mucky.

So to help you get prepared,

we're sending you on a challenge that will push you to the limits.

To complete the course, they must face a series of tricky,

Last series, this challenge really tested our mums to the max.

There are no medals for second place, but I understand one of you

guys has won some medals in the past, isn't that right, Stephanie?

Yes, I've won a couple of Commonwealth Games medals

and a European Champs medal,

and I've also competed in two Olympic Games.

My plan is to try to get the mums to laugh somehow.

I have decided to use more facial expressions, so,

I know it's about relationships, right? It's about, like,

two people who've been in a relationship

and then they're done now.

So I can almost relate to that in a friendship kind of way.

I've had, like, friends that my mum doesn't approve of

and that's what I think about when I'm singing the song.

12-year-old Luka is a quirky singer from Birmingham...

..with a passion for all things musical.

My absolute dream is to perform in front of a big audience,

who are all there to see me.

Luka is the life and soul of the party.

He's a show man.

At the auditions he performed Riptide by Vance Joy

in his own distinctive style.

But he has one weakness that could hold him back in the competition.

What I struggle with is actually connecting with the audience.

It's always about the feel of the song and the emotion.

If you can't get your feelings into it,

then it's just going to be a song, it's not going to be YOUR song.

He's got a really unique approach to the song.

He's doing acting and bringing out the lyrics. Love it.

because I know that Ellie doesn't really like the song,

Evan's lost his voice and Luka didn't expect to win,

so he's really rushing to learn the song for the sing-off.

As always, the mums are the judges

who vote to decide which performer is the winner.

The singer with the most wins after eight episodes

will automatically qualify for the grand final in show ten.

Currently Jorja is in the lead with one sing-off win.

Well, Luka gave a really different performance and it was theatrical,

almost acting. He brought a different skill to the table.

That's kind of cool, I think.

I got some really nice comments and I was told it was very fun

the way I changed it up and that made me really happy.

The ones we've seen so far in the sing-off have just been absolutely

amazing and I can't wait to see what the rest of them can do as well.
